I just tried this nail stamping kit and none of the polish goes onto the stamper. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Does anyone have any suggestions?

1. Prime the stamper. Whether you use a buffer, nail file, or lint roller. 2. From my experience, it is imperative that after scraping off the excess polish from the plate, that you immediately pick up the design, as quickly as possible, using very light pressure. Do not HULK SQUASH the stamper into the plate. You won't get a good pickup. I know that's counterintuitive, but it's the truth. Quick, light pressure, that's key! see less

What is the stamper made of? This is important, as certain products work better with certain types of stampers.

unfortunately I have had very poor experience with this stamper . I have followed instructions to a " T " nothing worked for me . the stamp head is made of a jelly like rubber , I have gone to online tutorials about it but still no luck so unfortunately it sits in the box in a draw . personal opinion don't waste time or money unless you are quite experienced at stamping I expect .
