Good fishing rod with few quirks
This fishing rod is describe as a medium light power rod with a fast action, but it is not. I have a wide variety of other rods like most fishermen. I would say this fits more of a medium heavy to heavy power fast action rod. I didn't return it though because the rod felt nice and was well made. There was a bit of epoxy residue on the butt end, but it comes off with a simple clean. Another big thing was it's labeled as a saltwater rod not a freshwater, which was pretty off too. It is the correct size though and I wanted this rod for trout fishing, but it seems more fit for salmon fishing, which is what I'm keeping it for. I tested it a bit by bending it and whipping it to see if it will break but it hasn't yet, so it seems trustworthy. It also has a longer handle than most rods which I prefer at times when fishing for larger fish I can really dig the bottom end under my arm. Overall 5 stars for a medium heavy power fast action rod. Or 2 stars for a medium light power fast action rod.

Very light weight
It was much lighter weight than I expected. When tightened the reel keeper for the first time the plastic piece holding the reel immediately broke. Maybe I tightened it too tight. But it was quite fragile.

Really like the feel of this rod! Very light yet seems incredibly strong.

Great Customer Service
For the price this rod visually looks really nice. It is a true Medium action rod and looks to be less than 7ft, which I wanted anyways. Still testing the performance and durability, but so far so good. LurEra has great customer service!

Customer service actually taking care of the customer!
The initial rod I received was not as advertised and returned. However Judy from lurera has provided excellent customer service and has offered to remedy the situation. Awesome customer service!

Not a 7' its 6'6"
Not a 7' rod. It's a 6'6" when measured and it say it's a 6'6" rod looks good but havent used it

Good looking rod, not made very well
It's a good looking and feeling rod, but I have not used it due to the two pieces not fitting together like it's supposed to. Lurera has been very responsive though and will be shipping me a fishing net.
