When I received this chair, it was almost ready for use. Installation is not bad only took about 5 minutes. The leather feels soft and comfortable when I sitting in it. I can choose to be semi-recline Or apply pressure to the back of the chair to stay in a fully reclined position. The side pockets and cup holders make everything more convenient. I can store my “little things” around the chair, such as water bottles, remotes, magazines and newspaper......The only thing is that this chair can spin easily, you need to recline it a little to make it stay still.

This is not an electric chair. Even though it has electric features eg massage and heat, the chair itself is not electric. The description reads, "Just press this button and the footrest will pop up automatically..." There is no button to push. There is a lever to pull as with all manual recliners. The footrest pops back up as you sit up to get out of the chair, and it takes some effort to put the footrest back into the upright chair position in order to get up out of the chair, which will not work for my husband with progressive MS. The leather is nice and soft. The leather covering the arm rests is pulled causing wrinkles, however that doesn't appear to compromise the comfort of the chair. My husband is 6'7" therefore his legs dangle over the footrest.

I can't say how it will hold up yet over time, & I also have not plugged it in yet (due to having to rearrange furniture) but as far as chair itself I really like it! Its comfy to sit in, & swivels and rocks very smooth! Its not oversized in the least but is still very comfortable. Especially the back support which I hadn't even realized mine was lacking so badUpdate: finally plugged it in and am actually surprised. I knew the "massage" would just be vibration, so I assumed I'd never use that part. but its stronger than I expected! Still not like a kneading massage but still pretty nice! The heat isnt super great tho which is a little disappointing cuz I figured I'd use that quite a bit but really it's a fairly decent chair for the price!

I got this for a Christmas gift for my fiance. He loves it and sits in it every time he watches TV. It's so comfy and looks just as pictured. Its definitely worth the money and I would recommend buying it. My fiance is 5' 10" and his legs fits on it when its reclined. It might be over a little but that's not a bother. He is slim built about 170 lbs so fit well in it. Our 5 yr old often snuggle in it with him. It's well built, looks expensive, blends well with our grey living room set and room decor. The material is smooth to touch. It spin easily if you intend it to but doesn't move around as I have seen in someone's review. Get it, it will be a great addition to your living room or anywhere else that you intend to put it.

Unless heated is not connected properly it should not be advertised— as a heated chair—swivel makes getting out of chair a problem—dealer responded to a couple o concerns before delivery within 24 hrs

So far no dislike. My mother loves her chair

I ordered this as a gaming chair for my son! He wanted comfort, swivel and this seems to be the perfect chair for him. Heat and massage are an added bonus.
