The inside lining is like teddy bear fur, and the trousers are so soft, comfortable and warm that I don't plan to take them off until Spring - apart from washing, of course :) Although they are men's trousers I bought them for myself as these kind of lined trousers are just not available in my size. After shortening the hem (by cutting off some of the length and then adding back the elasticated ankle fabric) they fit very well. They do have a white and red stripe at the side, which make them look a bit naff, but if you value comfort and warmth over vanity you can't make a better choice than buying these. Besides, they are very cheap also. Definitely one of my best buys in clothes for a long time.

For what are effectively trackie bottoms, it was important that these were tumble dryable. None of the manufacturers mention this in their blurb as they don't want to open themselves up to refunds as tumble dryers vary. But I specifically wanted a single material mix - many similar are polyester and cotton - as different materials often dry at different rates causing the stitching to pull, sag and look ugly. On a cool tumble, by the way, these have passed the test with flying colours. Other than that, they're warm and toasty. I've found myself living in them over the last cooler month or so. And they don't look too manky, as trackie bottoms often can. Top score. 10 out of 10.

These trousers are amazing for comfort, they are very cosy, warm and look very stylish. They wash amazingly well every time. It’s like wearing a thick fleece blanket that you never want to take off. Just be aware the fabric quality is very different from what is normally used for making jogging bottoms. The grey ones are more silk shiny and slippery fabric. It was a positive surprise as this wasn’t advertised in any of the other reviews. Perfect for those who love being outdoorsy but need a so thick trousers to protect their legs. very good value for money, they are very thick to help keep your legs warm. The fit of these trousers are on the large size. They are definitely male fit as they sit higher on my waist not hipsters like most feminine trousers.

So good I ended up with three pairs.

Wash them as wool and you will be fine. Good quality for home wear.

I like the pants and find them super warm. I purchased them purely for indoor use to keep me warm during winter. They feel really comfortable out of the packaging does not feel scratchy at all. But over time I can imagine if not properly washed the seems edges in the legs might go that direction so make sure not to expose them to hot dry cycles. For the most part the stitching looks good and should not disintegrate after one wash. Sadly after wearing mine for a day, I noticed a section by my ankle where they did not stitch correctly resulting into a small 2cm sized hole by the ankle. I would suggest the seller review post production quality control steps. For potential buyers, I recommend fully inspecting all seams for faults first before testing for fit. The draw string does subtract from the comfort but the quality is great, with the ends nicely capped in metal to prevent the end knots fraying.

Plenty big enough, fantastic for warmth, highly recommended.

While they might elicit a raised eyebrow or two during the morning nursery drop-off, the sheer comfort factor makes it worth the potential side-eye. Seriously, these things are like wearing a hug on your legs. Sizing is spot on, thankfully (no unexpected sausage-casing situation here!), and for the price, you really can't complain. They're the dependable workhorse of my loungewear collection – not pretty, but undeniably practical and wallet-friendly. If your priority is warmth and comfort over runway-ready looks, then these are your guys. Just maybe avoid any impromptu paparazzi encounters.
