LeapFrog Lawns - 32oz Green Lawn Colorant & Instant Spot Treatment - Ready to Spray Grass Paint

This spray is awesome! My husband and I both work six days a week and have a baby on the way, so yard work unfortunately often falls to the wayside. Our neighbors are mostly nice retired couples who have lots of time to tend to their yards and I always felt embarrassed when I compared our yellow grass and browning flower stalks/shrubs to the surrounding lush greenery. Then I gave this spray a try, and presto! It's not a long-term solution - actually maintaining the yard would obviously be better - but the grass paint has already made our yard look more respectable and withstood a few rainfalls. The spray mechanism occasionally leaks a few drops here and there so watching where you drip and wearing gloves might be good ideas, but it's not a big deal. The fact that this lawn paint is non-toxic and child-safe was the cherry on top, since I am trying to avoid harsh chemicals while pregnant. This was a great buy; I will definitely purchase again!

The best so far! I have now ordered 3 different brands of "grass paint". One was just ok, one was too neon for my SoCal grass but this one was the perfect darker green color. The sun has faded the other two, so we will see about this one, as I just used it today. I use it to cover pet urine areas.Update: I started this with a 5 star review, but then I saw that the green turned darker as it dried and just didn't work for my color of lawn. I mixed it with the the neon product and that helped, but I won't be re-ordering. Too dark, therefore, too obvious.

I tried spraying one shrub and before I could finish, the sprayer clogged. I had to pour the product into another spray bottle and had a little success. I wanted to spray some brown spots on the lawn, but I guess I have to buy a pump sprayer. I'm not sure that would work either. The color looks very natural and really matches well, that's why I'm so determined to use the product. Leap Frog needs to improve their sprayer bottles.

I have high grade synthetic turf in the backyard of my house and grass began growing up through the turf after a bad monsoon season. The problem is that once the grass gets intertwined into the turf it's hard to eradicate completely though I was able to get most under control. I decided to try using this on the remaining spots where the dead grass is still coming through. The shade of this is a little darker but it's really only visible to me because I know where I sprayed it. No one else seems to be any the wiser. I am going to keep using this as need until I get rid of all of the remaining grass. Working great for me.

My yard was ugly brown and dead in a spot down by the lake. I got this with their sprayer but my yard was too big. I put this in a common garden sprayer and went nuts all over the brown. This stuff is great! Not only did it cover the brown, it looks real. I am sure my anal retentive neighbor is trying to figure out where I got it and getting some himself. WOW this stuff makes a difference and it looks phenomenal.

Winter and a dog have made our lawn look brown and dead. Decided to give this a try. Used the sprayer it came with but it was slow. Used a pump sprayer and it works great. This is great for small areas where the dog has gone and it has killed the grass. Does need some drying time. Will definitely buy again.

It covered the brown grass very easily. It looks really good. That being said, the seal on the bottle wasn’t very good. When I shook it to mix the paint it leaked all over my hands. The paint itself works really well. I recommend this if you have a brown or discolored lawn.

This is awesome ! There are plenty of brown patches at my job so I went around spraying this product and once it dried it looks good as new/like fresh green grass. Plus it rained a few hours after and the color has held through it so far . An added bonus is that it is safe around pets!
