They melt in any oven or even a low temp smoker.
They work EXACTLY like the cheaper ones. They hold up great on steam tables but so do the cheaper ones. We tried to cook in them as it says you can in the ass but they melted in a 350° convection oven, a 325° conventional oven and even a 250° smoker. In the ad it says you can cook in them. When you get them the box said you can't use them in a conventional oven. A little selective false advertisement. So we tried them on a very low temp 250° smoker... They melted. But, they do work for steam pan holdings, yet so do the ones at half the price. Waste of money unfortunately.... We had such high hopes.

They would work fine below their temperature rating.
I purchased these instead of their competitor due to the cost saving. For my purpose they did not hold up to the task comparitively. I'm sure sure they would work fine at a lower temperature, even though I did not use the above their temperature rating.

Don’t let negative reviews scare you.
I read the negative reviews and was worried. Been using them in the steam table in the restaurant and have had zero issues. Saves so much time on gravy’s and chili.

Very disappointed that they leak
I really wanted to like these pan liners. They are significantly less expensive than the last ones u bought from a restaurant supply store online, but apparently you get what you pay for. With everything I've used them for that had any kind of liquid - whether meats, applesauce or macaroni and cheese - the bags leaked and I had a greasy/sticky mess to scrape off the pan, which defeats the purpose of using the liners. I'm used to pulling the bag and only having a bit of condensation in the bottom of the pan, and a quick wash is all that's needed, no soaking or scrubbing. Not so with these liners. When I used one for a pan of homemade applesauce, I ended up with a puddle of sticky juice in the pan that cooked on while the pan was kept warm. Will definitely not buy again.
