I purchased this doe my 3 year old daughter for Christmas. The pony is adorable and reminds me of the ‘My Little Pony’s’ I grew up with, but better. My daughter loves that she can make the ponies hair grow by gently pulling on either it’s tail or mane. She also likes that the pony’s hair color can change. The accessories have been a lot of fun for her to play with.

I'm an avid MLP collector and really think the new line is cute. This pony is adorable but the hair on this pony isn't the softest and the body is hard plastic unlike the g3's As far as surprises in the bag Hasbro failed. Giving kids stupid little rubber bands as part of the surprise is an epic fail. I didn't try the color changing hair with water and left the bottle in the package. Overall it's a cute toy :).
