Cartridges fit but don't work as the printer itself says they are incompatible.

The printer says they are not compatible toners. They fit, but just don't work. There doesn't seem to be a way to get them to be accepted. I was hoping there would be some instructions here to help with that but I can't find them. CP1025 / CE913A
