I used the powdered root of Ashwaghanda primarily to help me sleep. Prior to this I used Pukka Night time tea bags which worked at first but lost their effectiveness. As I had a few tea bags left I overlapped them with Ashwaghanda. I suffer from Bipolar Affective Disorder and I'm plagued by continual cycles of insomnia which affects me while in an elated state as much as when I'm in a depressive state. The only respite I get is during my brief periods of stability. Well. as I.ve only been taking the powdred root for a couple of weeks I'll see how long it remains effective.

I've taken ashwaghanda to sleep, for years. I just finished another brand from Amazon and started on this one, 1st of all, for some reason it doesn't work...maybe it's less potent from sourcing methods.. also it's thicker somehow in powder texture and harder to gulp and feels like sand stuck in my throat after.. after the first purchase I ordered my previous brand straight away.. on the first night since I couldn't sleep... lol Maybe it was circumstantial but usually after I gulp my ashwa .. I feel a sense of calming right away... tackling my overactive nervous system.. (I'm mildly autistic... try ashwa if you have an autistic kid!), but it still is definitely coarser and packing rating is just due to the fact... it was overloaded ... above the line where the seal is...it's nice you want to give me the most product but... hard to open the pack... make the pack bigger then lol.. you can give me more.. but don't overfill the pouch cause also... now I've used it a bit more.. the seal is clear to press together... but it doesn't work anyway lol the seal doesn't stick together...

I received a product that literally expires the same month I received it. How is that acceptable?I won't be purchasing from here again and I'll be returning it for a refund.

Easily the best ashwanga ive tried,really relaxing and mood enhancing. Good price,nice packaging 10/10
