The usual Bush high quality.
Half the price on Amazon for the same item at Office Depot.Anything in particular to know about it? If you already have Bush office furniture, then you'll find pre-drilled screw holes underneath their desks that this item lines up perfectly to. All you need is a Phillips screw driver to install this tray.

Front sticks out a good four inches even when mounted exactly at edge of desk. Rough surface.
I did not even try to mount this. It has an odd design, where the brackets are attached too far back, so when you attach this to be even with the edge of your desk, the front will unavoidably stick out a good four inches, thereby catching on your clothes/legs/little kids' and pets' heads. The other thing I didn't like was the slightly rough, almost pebbled surface. I felt it would take very little time before it irritated the skin on my hands. It did seem much sturdier than most of the cheaper options, though. If you stand away from the desk top and you have tough skin, or you use a mouse pad and wrist rest, you might not need to care about these issues.I bought the Sauder Via Collection tray instead. It has a smooth flat-black surface and the brackets are placed right at the end so when closed, it meets the end of the desk perfectly. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000PKVV5S?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details

Like other reviews
I have had this keyboard tray installed on my Bush Series C desk since 2009, and it's held up well. If your chair arm rests bump the front edge a lot, it may eventually show a little wear as this is made of coated particle board. But otherwise, there is zero flex, and as long as installed properly, has smooth gliding in and out. Like other reviews, the screws that mount this to the underside of your desk may occasionally loosen if you are bumping your keyboard tray a lot. Super easy fix for this - remove the screw that has loosened (or keeps loosening) and insert 1 or two wooden toothpicks into the hole. Break off the toothpick(s) flush with the hole/underside of your desk. Then re-fasten the screw into this hole (with the toothpicks in the hole). The wooden toothpicks will allow the screw (that may be slightly stripped) to tighten right up, as the screw will "re-thread" itself. I did this for mine, and have not had a keyboard tray screw loosen up on my for over 3 years now. The size of this tray is great, easily fits my Corsair K70 and a mousepad/mouse without feeling cramped. I work in the IT field, so this tray has been HEAVILY used with my desk for years and years, 8-14 hours a day. A good buy at this price (~$50 bucks), but other sites have this same tray listed at up to $150, which is way overpriced! Buying another one now for a second Bush Series C desk. If you generally take care of your stuff and dont "beat up" your furniture, this will definitely last any computer user for years and years.

Not too univeral if you do not have proper desk
Installed this on particle board desk (not meant) to accept this type of tray, and it was bit more complicated. First of all don't bother trying to lay on the floor and work underneath to attach unless you already have the predrilled holes. Do yourself a favor and clear off your desk, and turn on its side. This tray is much heaver than my plastic tray and I did not want screws to full out of particle board during use. Since there were no predrilled holes for my desk and my desk was particle board, I reinforced the mounting area with two aluminum strips I bought from Lowes, and mounted that first. Then I was confident that I could securely attach the mounts to the aluminon strip and into the desk. The extra effort was workwhile, the tray slides smoothly and there is plenty of room for the keyboard and mouse on the tray. Very happy after it was all done.

Best keyboard tray I've ever had, sturdy, solid hardware.
This is hands down the best keyboard tray I've ever had. Comfortable room for both the keyboard and mouse, fits most desks but obviously section A bush furniture the best. There have been complaints about the screws/mounting hardware and it locking into place so I guess I'll address those. The hardware must be hand tightened, not using a drill. The screws that mount the rails to the desk are solid, I was able to hand tighten quite a bit and never had a problem with them stripping. The screws that go into the bottom of the keyboard tray are small yes but the keyboard tray sits on top of brackets in the rails so they need only hold the keyboard down, not support the weight. Both rails lock solidly into place fully extended and closed.I've been able to put my full upper body weight resting on this tray while I use the computer (because I slouch horribly) and it doesn't even bend.If using the bush furniture predrilled holes on their section a corner unit put the tray one row back.

Solid slide out shelf & great instructions
Pros: Good instructions, good quality hardwareCons: noneI got this so I could mount my Epson V300 scanner under my equipment rack so I could use the shelf to hold more things. I made sure to measure the height of my scanner before buying this, since its meant mainly for keyboard. luckily the specs on amazon were correct, and the scanner has about ½" of clearance, and clear the equipment stand fully when in use. So it is perfect for my needs. The shelf itself feels strong and looks nice paired with my black equipment stand, and there no play.Installation is easy with clear and accurate instructions. After taking the time to carefully mark the position of the holes, and drill, mounting it was fast and easy. It took less than an hour using the right equipment and recommended in the instructions.Bottom Line: I would recommend this to others.

Sturdy, pricey
well, this is just an excellent, and very large keyboard tray. Good coating, solid feeling, and well built hardware. Only gripe is that its pretty expensive for what is essentially a board and two rollers, even if the build quality is very good.I'd recommend it for those of you that use a big keyboard and prefer to use the armrest attached to it, rather than the rest on a keyboard tray itself.
