Construction doesn't feel solid. Digits sometimes dont engage to open. Little hesitant to keep on my shed. Lock feels cheap. **UPDATED** seller reached out to me and said I must have received an old model by mistake. They sent me new lock. Solid construction, scroll buttons feel great. Odd mix up but seller did right. Changed from 3 star to 5 star

I ordered this lock and it came in the next day. ! Unfortunately, the lock was set to zeros and it would not open. I emailed the company and they were very supportive. I returned it and received another lock the next day this one I was able to put to zeros and set the combination! Very happy! Thank you

This lock stopped working the 3rd time I tried to open it. Thank goodness nothing was locked with it. The set-up worked fine and it tested fine and I've used the same combination for years so I know it. Our bike was stolen, along with the lock so I just reordered the same lock, being very happy with the original version. The reordered lock looked different...a big crack on the bottom, which was also the line for lining up the combination numbers. I set the lock, locked it, opened it up. So far so good... I opened it again to lock it on the frame of my bike while I went shopping for a cable. After I'd bought the cable, I wanted to hook it to the lock. Frustratingly, the combination didn't unlock the lock. Yes, the combination was correct. Yes, I tried adjoining numbers in case perhaps it just didn't recognize the number. Yes, I tried more than once. Perhaps it is made only to be still rather than bouncing around on a bike. I'm disgusted, tho. Not cheap. Can't get it off the bike now. Still feeling frustrated and irritated and "taken." And I had bought two, since the first one was so easy to use because there was contrast between the numbers and the bed. This one doesn't have that, either!

I don't usually write reviews, however , I am beyond pleased with the Disecu Combination Lock and their CustomerService. I searched for Combination Locks with large numbers, being of a certain age it's harder to see 👀. I originally ordered a Brinks Lock, the numbers were too small and it was hard to open the Brinks combination. The Disecu lock , spins with ease and I am able to open on the first attempt everytime. I have purchased twice, first time was many years ago, Disecu Locks come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY , after I believe 4 years of constant use the lock failed, I emailed directly to Disecu Customer Support and I received a email response the same day! Asking for my shipping address to send me a new replacement lock. Yes, it was that easy, I received a new replacement lock a week later and a follow up email, thanking me for being a loyal customer.

Great quality lock and definitely weatherproof. I've had this lock on a storage box on my roof rack for the last few months and it's been through triple digits, rain, dust, just about everything and it is holding up fine. The combination wheels are still as smooth as I day I bought it. Lock seems very robust and is great quality.

Very good quality lock that is easy to set up with your own code. Dials move easily but with just the right amount resistance. Feels very solid.

This lock does not have a cheap design and works. Very smooth. Dials are solid and move smoothly. Combination is very easy to set.

A good, solid lock. Nice big loop to connect the chain around one of the yard gates, and the combination has held up well in all the poor weather we've had.
