I found the item to be exactly as advertised. Immediate heat and decent range. It would be helpful to have a longer cord. A few easy steps to put together and all needed parts were there with good instructions. Item was delivered in a timely manner with no damage or concerns. A good experience from purchase to installation.

The unit provides good heat but, after the unit toppled over and hit the back of my head, I shortened the "L" mounting bracket at the top to better center the the heating element over the tripod pedestal. Poorly designed.

Very strong heat in my bathroom. Not that easy to move around but once I find a spot, it does the job

I use this on my back patio when I bring my dogs outside. It keeps me nice and toasty. There is no temperature setting. It's either not on, or roast. But it works well to fight off the chill air.

Package arrived damaged, and the heater had clearly been used. There were scratches and marks all over the face of the unit itself, and the power cord was covered in some sort of joint compound (or similar paste). To boot, it arrived several days late.

Unreliable. Stopped switching on after 5 weeks. Usage was not more than 2-3 hrs a week.Should have paid closer attention to the reviews.
