The hose that was supplied looks too small and when i attach it seems loose? is this just how it is? thanks

Mine fits very well. You may need to gently push further the pipe to fully engage the small tap within the machine. If you have problem with its length, you can buy here 5 meters pipe at fair price. 12mm diameter inside, 15mm outside. This is something I did myself.

25l Inventor atmosphere cheap quality?

Not all all. By cheap I assume you mean is the dehumidifier poorly designed with inferior quality. It's sturdy compact and reliable. I'm impressed with the auto cut off switch when cylinder is full. Not fragile or skimming in design.

Can't find a hepa filter. Could you please advise where i can get one?
