I’m a uk size 6. Will the S be too big? I’m usually a xs

I had a look at their size chart as I can't remember them exactly. I'm 56kg at 5ft 5 with a 28 inch waist which usually puts me in small clothing but in these leggings I would have been a medium as they're pretty tight. Hope that helps.
