The True Match doesn’t just live up to its name, it’s like having a personal makeup artist who actually listened when you said “I want to look human, not like a circus performer.” The Good: Blends like butter on warm toast, doesn’t separate after 3 hours (looking at you, expensive brand that shall remain nameless), and the shade range actually includes people who aren’t vampires OR Oompa Loompas. The Reality Check: It’s not completely transfer-proof, so maybe don’t rub your face on your white shirt. But honestly, what foundation is? We’re not made of silicone here. Bottom Line: For the price of a fancy coffee habit for a week, you get a foundation that makes you look like the best version of yourself. That’s what I call a glow-up investment! 💫

I only leave long reviews when I really love something…. I have an extremely difficult time finding foundation that matches my undertone and provides any type of coverage. Companies label cool, warm, and neutral but in my experience it’s accurate maybe 50% of the time. I’ve wasted sooo much money trying to find decent matches. Doing in-store matches with sales associates has been a waste of time because they still can’t appropriately match me, each one tells me I have a different undertone. I research like crazy and hoped this would be a good match and Tawny 320 is perfect! For comparison wet n wild photofocus soft beige is a true 1000% match for me as well as Bite changemaker L40. My summer tan match is KVD medium 54 cool in my contour areas, which is still too yellow on me, and in the winter I use Tarte Amazonian clay 26N light-medium neutral for my highlight areas. I’m 42 and my skin texture isn’t the greatest and has went from oily to combination over the years so it’s sometimes difficult to find a foundation that isn’t too mattifying causing my skin to look overly dry or so dewy that I look flat out greasy. First time using I applied a thin layer with my fingers late in the day to completely unprepped skin, no serums, moisturizer, or primer. The texture is thicker/creamier than I expected which is a positive for me because it provided more coverage. It wasn’t overly hydrating or drying, perfectly in between. It didn’t settle into my fine lines or my pores which is usually a problem for me. It also didn’t oxidize, not even the slightest, didn’t irritate my skin, and lasted without any skin prep. It’s a medium coverage without being feeling heavy or looking caked on. If you’re looking for a dewy, glistening look this isn’t it. i feel like it’s ideal for combination skin but can work for oily or dry if skin is properly prepped. My only complaint is how little product you get, it’s .75 oz so this won’t last long. But for the price I paid it’s worth it

I bought this because I really like the original Candid foundation and was excited when they came out with this because I love a dewy flowy foundation. Here’s the thing, it’ would be perfect if it had the same coverage as the original. It does not. Don’t get me wrong, I like a more natural and light formula to my foundations and am not a heavy foundation person, but I also need a coverage that evens out my skin tone, reduces redness (I don’t have acne or scarring or anything like that, I just get pink around my nostrils). Unfortunately this foundation does not do that at all. It’s a very thin and sheer formula and it might even be a little TOO wet looking. It also doesn’t dry down very well and remains feeling rather wet. All that aside, I decided to try mixing a pump of this with a pump of the original formula and it’s GORGEOUS. The shades are an exact match too, which is helpful, but it really ends up being a great finish. Not too dewy and wet while still being more glowy than the original while having the coverage of the original. So even though I don’t like it by itself, I’m really glad I bought it because I love the combo of the two.

I love this foundation . Not too thick or thin , stays on all day and the color is subtle enough to go well with my skin . Very blendable .

Whoever is responsible for the product info, put the number for the color with it since it’s obviously not in order when scrolling through it on here. That way we can better figure out lightest to darkest and what our shade most likely is. I ordered Buff 120, Creme Brûlée 150, and Tawny 320. I don’t use concealer and simply use a lighter shade as it doesn’t crease as easily. *I edited this to include the tawny color #. The coverage is perfect at least for me but still evens out my skin tone. Gives a hint of glow and doesn’t look dry. Sets perfectly with my setting spray. I’ve used iT cc cream and to me that’s quite heavy. I actually wanted something a little lighter. Also I use a small amount and can build it up a bit if I need to. Once you hit mid 30s, I haven’t been a fan of heavy full coverage foundations as they tend to settle and crease in places you don’t want them to.

I love this so much. If you are looking for a dewy glowy finish this is your product! Easily buildable to provide more coverage. Easily bendable with other products both powered and creams! I set mine with a powder but not always necessary. Cheap and effective as well as cruelty free. A wonderful deal.

As described. Good lightweight foundation. Can be used to build up darker if needed.

I can't believe they discontinued this. Hope they are reformulating.

Das Make up deckt gut und hält den ganzen Tag. Aber ich vermisse den Glow, von Glow keine Spur!? Hatte immer das Glow Make up von Loreal, das war mega, gibt's aber leider nirgends mehr zu kaufen (heul). Schade, aber hier bei diesem Produkt stimmt die Beschreibung mit dem Original nicht überein, deshalb keine Nachbestellung und weiter bin ich auf der Suche nach einem vergleichbaren Produkt.
