ERP W10348269 Dishwasher Drain Pump

It works fine, hope it lasts as long as the first one then I'll not need to ever change it again. I also had a clog in the line that likely lead to the old pump getting smoked. Not a bad idea to drain out the water with a bucket and sponge, Clean the filter and check the pump for anything in there first if you're trying to confirm you need a pump. I just bought one figuring the old one wasn't worth putting back as it smelled like burnt electronics.

Saved quite a bit with a simple fix. Easy to get to. Easy to test. Customer is happy at not having to buy a new dishwasher.

I repair 99% of my house hold and automotive problems. Yes I have trust issues. This has been a reliable and inexpensive pump.

Only downside was that it appeared to be missing a seal that I was able to retain from the bad pump I was replacing.

Item was an easy replacement and worked excellent. For $28 I saved a lot if I would have called for an appliance repair.

This was the second that I had purchased. The first had lasted 2+ years. The initial replacement arrived damaged, and they replaced within a few days. The replacement once installed, didn't even last 3 months. Started showing signs of issue, right outside of the 30 day warranty period. Now I have a dishwasher that doesn't drain. Have to buy a new one, but not from this manufacturer.

Just what I needed to fix my Whirlpool dishwasher that was not draining at the end of the wash cycle. Easy to replace, click and slide in place which took all of 5 minutes. The replacement impeller looked more efficient than the original. It took longer to pull out the dishwasher for easy access to the underside.

I was having an issue with my dishwasher, it would not drain properly on the last cycle, and the dishes were not coming out as clean as they should. I tried just about every; I cleaned the drain hose, made sure the float valve was working, ensured the drain pump was working, but nothing worked. I read a review on this pump where someone was having a similar issue and this fixed their problem. I bought it, and when I was comparing this pump to the old one, they were the EXACT same and manufacturer. I have had this dishwasher since we moved into our house 7 year ago, so if this pump lasts that long, I will be one happy person!!

I had it installed only to find out it's leaking and had to call another tech who brought his own part.In other words this purchase cost me close to 500 dollars and a lot of hassle.

The pump don't work propely so they decided to give me 25 % of my money back. Wow ! No warranty at all.
