Keeps having technical and mechanical issues
I have owned this for 2 years and through those years I have spent so much time on the support line trying to get it to work. I currently is broken and requiring a $500 piece to be fixed. I have taken good care of it and used it only occasionally.

Scaling issue
Something is wrong with the printer driver on this thing. If I print something that is 49.5 inches long it will be an 1/8th of an inch short. The larger the scale the more the measurement is off. Cannot recommend for people who need scaled drawings printed. Not sure whats causing it. I have downloaded the printer driver 2 or 3 times now. Messes up our whole system here too. actually makes all the RIPS off scale. Once the driver is deleted....everything works fine! Anyone know whats going on here???

Scale issue - do not buy
I'm giving it a one star because it does not print to scale in the roll feed direction. We purchased this as a tool to print accurate full scale plots
