I love this sweetener! It dissolves quickly and thoroughly, it is the consistency and texture of regular sugar. It has a slight cooling feeling but I like that. I haven’t tried baking with it yet but will update the review if I do. I use it in my coffee and tea and it tastes great and is much healthier than using sugar. Excellent quality. I’m very happy with this as my sugar substitute because all other sugar substitutes make me feel miserable.

Tastes exactly like sugar! Sweeter than other low cal, low carb sweetners which means you need to use less for the same level of sweetness. Disolves in hot water without losing it's sweetness, unlike some other artificial sweetners.

I love using this sugar for my coffee. I feel like its healthier.

So I'm trying to be all healthy blah blah and cut down on sugar right, like a million other Americans out there. I'm not terribly picky but - my husband is. ESPECIALLY. when it comes to sweet tea. Only his Nana's recipe will do, *literally*. Well Nana, looks like someone CAN improve on your delicious sweet tea after all. I started with half sugar and half monkfruit substitute, and so far, he hasn't been able to tell. (don't say anything to him, because then he'll say he can tell; really it's all in his head). But I do wish this would become more popular and more cost effective!! Poor girl tryna' be fit here, help me out! *Update. If it's full monkfruit zero sugar, he can tell. As can I. It's not "bad" but it's not quite as good taste wise, though this is for very sweet, just sweet tea, not like, mixed into baked goods etc. Overall still my very best substitute, aside from honey! (Honey is higher calorie per unit than sugar but requires less "units", so.. equals less calories overall)

This is great stuff. I used to use 2 cups of suger to make a gallon of sweet tea. After having my gallbladder removed, I had to make a change. I gradually starting cutting back on the sugar and substituting this Monk Fruit, like 1/2 cup real sugar 1/2 cup MF. Then, after a bit, 1/4 cup suger & 1/2 cup MF, and so on, now I jsut add the 1/2 cup MF to 1 gallon tea and it's good sweet tea. Once you get used to it, it great. This does not give me the heebie jeebies like the other sugar substitutes do. I can't do the pink, yellow, blue stuff. Monk Fruit does not bother my stomach in any way or make my skin crawl like the others do.

This monk fruit powder tastes just like the brand I have been buying at a common big box store. The price is so much better buying it in the 4 pound pack. The packaging is very sturdy and substantial and doesn’t allow any moisture in the Ziploc bag. I’m very pleased with it.
