This came through in a clutch. It got cold for my ride home on my motorcycle last night and I decided to try my new hood contraption. I'm glad I had it tucked away in my bag. The balaclava(I think the name of it)saved me and made the ride through the crisp, cold night bearable and even enjoyable because of the comfort it exuded. Putting it on for the 1st time was confusing for a minute. The orientation of the flap had me puzzled. Took a bit to adjust it correctly, with the flap remaining on the INSIDE of the hood part. But once I had situated it, the rest went smoothly. It was delivered relatively on time and packaged accordingly. It's a nice, soft material and comfortable under a helmet with minor adjustments. The choices are maddening between the types of headgear available. I'm so glad and a little proud of my decision to get this one/two. Well worth the $. The way it protected me is glorious, with its lightness and softness was satisfying. Also, there are a few different ways of wearing it, with each having its own benefits. I would buy again if needed, but I think I'll be fine for a while with the 2 I purchased being sufficient.

I work outside all year round and when winter comes this is my go to ski mask not only does the fleece linning in these keep you super warm in has two layers that over your nose and mouth, lets say youre getting to hot you can pull the first layer down or fully over your head and it has the second more breathable layer that still keeps you warm. i like that it also covers your neck.

Perfect fit, easy to put on, and it actually keeps my head and face warm while working outside in 30 to 50 degrees (F). Its thin enough that I can wear it under my hoodie but not thick enough to make me get too warm. It significantly helps reduce windchill on my head, face, and neck. I actually ended up buying a second one to leave at work once I realized how useful and effective it is

I’m a female, 5’1” and about 100 pounds, so I’m very tiny, and I bought this balaclava for the Bears vs. Packers game at Lambeau Field (which gets freezing). I really needed something to keep my head and face warm. I didn’t try the balaclava by itself outdoors, but I did test it layered with a hoodie underneath and then a beanie on top. During the game, it kept my face—especially my nose and mouth—very warm, which I loved. I could definitely feel the difference once I layered it properly. My only issue was the sizing. On my head alone, the balaclava was extremely loose and saggy. It wouldn’t have kept wind out at all, and it just didn’t fit a smaller woman’s head. That’s why I wore a hoodie under it—the hoodie gave it a tighter, secure fit and kept my ears warm too. With the hoodie underneath, it worked great. Because of that, I knocked it down from 5 stars to 4. The warmth is great, but the sizing is clearly made for men. I also bought one for my boyfriend, and it fit him perfectly right out of the package. If you’re a woman with a smaller head like me, just know you’ll need to layer it with a hoodie to get the right fit. I took pictures wearing it both alone and with the hoodie, and you can definitely see the difference. Other than the sizing, the balaclava kept me warm and did its job well—just better suited for men or for women who plan to layer.

This Saitag Ski Mask is a must-have for anyone who has to endure the long winters in the Northern U.S. It is very comfortable and keeps your head and neck warm in the most blustery conditions.

I tested a few balaclavas before coming to this one. Hesitant at first but the good reviews and amazons alert stating “most customers keep this item” helped me decide to pull the trigger. First impressions were that it fit well- not too snug. Was also very soft and warm. The design helps eliminate fogging of glasses which I felt was far better than the brand name Blackstrap one i tried out. The bs one was too tight- probably because I have a relatively bigger than average nose lol. For $18 you cant go wrong. Most other similar products are $40ish which is getting up there for what this product is. Held up well this past 3 day trip. Occasionally fogged with my glasses but goggles were just fine. Comfortable and easy to use, and also wicked sweat away well. Would recommend and purchase again. 5 stars for me

Comfortable, great quality, sized correctly nice and thick

I gave this a 5 star due to how inexpensive this product is for the quality material I got. The stitching is good. I’m not having any problems with any seams irritating my skin (I have sensitive skin), like poking or rubbing. The inside material is very soft as advertised. I wear a size 7 1/4 fitted cap, so not the biggest head. The fit of this mask was perfect for me. My concern initially was the bagginess on my head, thus letting wind or snow inside the mask. I recently went for a mini run in -10 F weather 10-15 wind gusts, surprisingly it was warm. Even though I do winter sports I still don’t like the cold lol, the mask did it’s job. Add a skullcap or hoodie, you’re definitely good. If you’re in minus degree temps and it’s windy outside, be sure when you put it on to cover your mouth(and/or nose) with the first layer of the mask and then place the second ventilated layer over it. If you don’t, your nose and mouth areas will be cold and may cause ice to form. The neck covering has a good length. On me it covers down to the top of the sternum. No problems there. Ventilation is good as well. I don’t feel like I’m suffocating etc. I personally think its not worth buying a mask thats $20 and higher. Unless it was water proof, bullet proof, indestructible etc... you get my point. Some go for super expensive brands because it makes them feel better or confident that it’s absolutely going to meet their needs. There are exceptions and this is one of them. If you want something inexpensive, has great head/ face coverage, good warmth, quality made, not baggy, good fit. This is for you. Ps I’m very picky when it comes to clothing and apparel, this met my expectations.

These are great! The weather can get harsh where I live and these masks are a lifesaver. I'm a petite woman and these fit me very well. The sizing also works for my boyfriend too, the material stretches nicely and has room in the neck area. The fabric is smooth enough that a baseball cap fits easily over the top, yet it still provides excellent protection from the elements. Having a two-pack is very convenient. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable warmth!

Love this! Fits well, and even when it was -20°C, before wind chill, I had no issue being out all day. I have twice as much on balaclavas at sports stores or at the resorts, and they have not been nearly as good as this one. Will definitely buy one again.

I bought this balakava for skiing and I think it's a good product generally. . Some features I like include: - the design, it fits my head perfectly, covers the part I wanted to be covered in cold, have great amount of space to put goggles on. -the material, as you can see in the first picture, the furry part keeps you warm in the cold. I like it! -it has a special design for you to breath in and out (third pic) -such a good deal compare to those in the resort. . Some features I don't like: -perhaps it was because I went skiing in the weather temperature of -17 degree. I really really really hoped that the balakava could be thicker around the mouth area. My upper lip was too cold, and I got some sort of red rash after lol. It's just a minor issue I encountered, and it can be resolved by wearing a mask under your balakava. Generally it was a great product! If it would be just a little thicker it will be perfect.

Use it under motorcycle helmet. Fits well but neck still gets cold. Made well good product.
