Why did you pick this product vs others?: makes my fried hair a bit more shiny, and I'm thankful for that.

This so called conditioner treatment is no good! I lost so much hair try to come through it after using it!! Will NEVER buy this again!

8/1/2022: AGEbeautiful Ultra Bond Synergy, Deep Treatment I think this deep treatment worked well. I have very long curly/wavy hair that really wants to be frizzy. It is very porous and I have very little natural oil in my hair (it takes weeks to even start getting a tiny bit oily), so it tends to be more on the dry side. It's been about 2 years since I've had it trimmed, and now the last 5 inches or so (when you pull it straight) has lots of breakage and split ends. I didn't really think this deep treatment would help with any of that, I just thought maybe it would make my hair feel less dry and look a little better, like any other deep treatment. Well it did make my hair softer overall too, but what sets this apart from all of the other treatments I've used is that, to my surprise, it has actually made my split ends less obvious! They're not totally gone of course, but normally when I hold up my hair, I see split ends sticking out all along the last few inches. I keep looking for them today, 3 days later, and I'm still really only seeing them at the very bottom. I'm honestly pretty shocked. I've tried split-end binding products before but have never actually seen any obvious results! I'm used to using thick hair masks as conditioners. I use a shampoo/conditioner combo and then additional conditioners/treatments after that. So I did not use a separate conditioner before using this, just the one that was with the shampoo. This treatment is a lot thinner than I'm used to, and given the length and porosity of my hair I had to use a LOT of it. If it were a bit thicker I may not have had to use as much, but on the other hand the thicker products tend to be a bit harder to get through all the hair. Overall I'd prefer if it were a little thicker though, since I'll probably go through it a little too quickly as it is. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could, but alas, I cannot. 4 doesn't seem like enough so I guess I have to give it 5.

This is a good conditioner that does not weigh down the hair. Good price point for a deep conditioner.
