I absolutely love my new banister. Love that I went "different" on the spindles from All Things Interior. They are flat black and look great! However, I ordered 3 boxes as not sure how spacing would go. They were (a) shipped faster than the 2 weeks listed and (b) my contractor didn't need them that soon and just finished the banister today. He did not need one of the boxes so I went to return it and I am now 5 days LATE past the 30 day return window. These were $126/box! I have asked All Things Interior if they can make an exception in light of circumstances. One box remains unopened. I will update review once I hear a response from them. Have NOT heard from them yet. Deducting a star :(

They are great for an update to the old wooden spindles. We did every other with the marquis shape and plain straight for the others. Make sure you measure the width and lay out, dry fit your design before you ad epoxy. We would have had a problem if we didn’t because of how close one would have been to the wall.

These are beautiful! They are hollow so they are not heavy to pick up, but they look substantial. The decorative portion, from diamond cut out to diamond cut out is 22”. They are in individual bubble wrap bags inside the shipping box. The bronze accent is really just on the edges so it is subtle and in no way flashy. I’m pleased!

I like the looks of the ballasters. The site indicated they were 44 inches but in reality they are only 43 1/4 inch long. Our builder has to re-do the opening sincww was they are too short.

Made well, was a little work to make sure they are centered when installing.
