Beschichtung schlecht!
Die Pfanne wurde im OKT 2024 gekauft und nun entsorgt da sich die Beschichtung an einigen Stellen trotz Silikon- und Holz Arbeitsmitteln gelöst hat. Trotz gutem Black-Friday Angebot definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.

Sehr gut
Sehr gute Pfanne. Ungewöhnlich ist aber, das die Mitte der Pfanne nach oben gewölbt ist. Das as ist beim braten der wärmste Punkt. Zumindest bei Induktion. Das hat den Vorteil, dass das überschüssige Fett immer an den Rand läuft. Es ist also kein Produktfehler!!!

Stops the fat splash
We bought this as the other Le Creuset pan was a little small to take the items i was frying in their. Despite its size, the heat dissapates really well and the best thing for me is all those little splashes of fat that go everywhere, because of the high sides on this, they dont go everywhere anymore, they stay in the pan.

Outrageous price but...
I tried one of these when cooking with a friend. I was impressed. I bought the widest I can find and I was shocked at the price but now, it seems almost irrelevant because I get results with these that I get with no other frying pan. As a result, I've bought 4 of these now. We have other frying pans but when I need heat to sear meat or sauté potatoes so they've got a crunchy exterior, these are the the only pans for the job. Love them.

Nach 2 Jahren Beschichtung unwirksam
Anfänglich eine wirklich gute Pfanne. Leider ist nun kurz nach Ablauf der Garantie die Beschichtung nicht mehr wirksam, mehr und mehr brennt das Essen an, eine Reinigung wird zunehmend schwierig. Fazit bedauerlicherweise: eine Billig-Pfanne zum halben oder viertel Preis hätte es auch getan. Sehr schade!
