I trust the Marena compression garments. They are recommended by my plastic surgeon. When I got my extended thigh lift, this garment worked very well. It fastens up the sides on the top half of the garment, making it easy to put on. It has a hole in the crotch so you can go to the bathroom without removing it. Good compression, but comfortable enough to wear 23 hours a day for 2 months.

Are use this for recovery after Lipo. I found that after two weeks the swelling had gone down enough where I needed a smaller size. I like the fact that this is black and has zippers on the sides. Plus, it is much more attractive than the one I was given post op. You get two in your order so it was a very good deal.

Not a good fit if you are a petite woman

Great quality, easy to hand wash. Had surgery on my thigh and they applied prefect compression even through major swelling. Would recommend for anyone getting FLAP surgery or a thigh lift

Squeezes everything down after tummy tuck. Night and day decrease pain while walking post op. Would not have survived without this. Glad I splurged.

I bought this for compression after surgery. I went by the size chart and should have gone with a smaller size. The compression was less than impressive and the high sides are bulky and bunch up unless you are standing. The only good thing about it is the open crotch which but you can find the same thing in a similar (much cheaper) option. I wouldn't recommend you waste your money on this. It's way overpriced for what it provides. Bummed I'm out $100!

Me encanta la marca, e comprado de otro estilo varias veces y son geniales son las únicas que e encontrado que no tienen ese horrible encaje con elástico en las piernas que aprieta tanto y hace que se te note con tu ropa normal y Estas no! Las llevas puestas y ni parece que estas usando faja.. y no se te enroscan

Zippers wer too bulky and lumpy and the length was too long for me. The compression was also too strong. I am 5'2" ordered size small. I have another Marena garment in size small that fits great, not sure why this one doesn't fit right.

I bought these and it’s extremely uncomfortable and its not easy to use
