Value for Money: - When I purchased the chair, it was originally listed at $269.50 USD, but on sale for $204.50 USD. - The cost was super affordable compared to other chairs I was looking to purchase. - Added bonus savings because I would have been replacing the caster wheels with similar rollerblade wheels. Noise: - Due to my larger size/weight, some chairs I have tried in the past tend to make squeaking/creaking noises or the wheels just sound like they might be giving up on life. - I haven't experienced any of that with this chair. - Especially with the rollerblade wheels, they make this chair glide silently across my LVP flooring. *UPDATE* 3/16/26 It's been around 5 months since I purchased this chair now. I still love it if not even more than when I originally got it. I think it became more comfortable after it's been broken in. The chair has not sagged at all and has held up great. The arm rests aren't as stiff and move up and down a lot easier now. I have sat on this chair for up to 6 hours at a time and it has never caused me any pain. Friends and family who have sat in the chair told me it's very nice and comfortable unprompted! Would still highly recommend to others!! I previously had a Secret Lab chair, and after struggling with months of back pain from the chair, I decided to start looking into ergonomic chairs. When looking online for "good" ergonomic chair brands or recommendations, all I saw were Steelcase or Herman Miller, and anything else was "garbage". I decided to keep looking and do my own research and eventually landed on this one. Initially, I was worried it might not meet my expectations because of everything I had been seeing online about how if it wasn’t a huge, expensive name brand, it was no good. I went ahead and ordered it and was pleasantly surprised. The chair took very little effort to build and was able to do it by myself in less than an hour. Sitting on it for the first time, it felt comfortable and supportive. I knew it wouldn't cause the same back problems that my Secret Lab chair gave me. The adjustability is lovely. I(5’5”, 190 lb female) fit very well into this chair, and the headrest is quite comfortable. My only gripe is that the armrests don't move side to side, but most of all, the firmness of the armrests. They are very hard and can get uncomfortable quickly, but not a huge deal since I have the armrests up most of the time. I had the opportunity to keep a Herman Miller Aeron chair, but since I only sit 2-4 hours maximum at my desk each day and preferred the adjustability of this chair, I sold the Aeron, as well as the Secret Lab, and kept this chair. I can't judge it for longevity yet but am hopeful it'll last the next 5 years or so. Lastly, customer service is excellent! I initially had issues with the gas lift of the chair, so I contacted them, and they promptly sent me a replacement gas lift as well as a lumbar support pillow. They are very kind and sent instructions on how to replace the gas lift. Winnie and Cayla have been very helpful. Thank you. TLDR: For the price It's a great chair and superb customer service!! Just buy it!!

I have purchased two of these chairs. One in May 2025 and one in May 2026. They are both fantastic chairs - one for me and one for my son. The assembly was very easy and instructions are explained simply. The first chair I bought only had one set of holes on the seat cushion and the second chair now has 3 holes (small, medium, large) for different heights. I'm 6'1 and the original was great, and for my son I also set it to large (I believe for 5'9+). These chairs are incredibly comfortable and I we can sit on them for hours. The mesh seat has tension which makes it comfortable for sitting, imo. The chairs also look nice and elegant. There is a logo on the back if you use the headrest, but other than that it is unbranded. I don't personally use the headrest much, but it is installed for when I need it. You can adjust the headrest in different angles and heights, and lean it forward if you are used to using one. I'm a heavy guy (~300 lbs) and have had no noise like creaks or issues with my chair in over 1 year, so I'm incredibly happy with it. It also helped my posture, coming from executive-style chairs where comfort seems to triumph posture, I had a few days of upper back pain but it was due to poor posture and quickly corrected itself. I also really like that the arm rests go up. On the second chair install, one arm rest wasn't going up as expected and seemed to hit something, but I just took it off and re-installed it, ensuring not to tighten it too much - and it works great with little resistance. I probably over tightened it.

I had to write a review after spending so much on this chair. I've never bought one this expensive before, and the reviews had me ready to open my wallet. So I'm here to join the chorus to tip you over the edge if you're wavering. First things first: The Cons. At 5'4", I'm the shortest person who should buy this chair. With the arms completely down and the seat completely down, it's fine, but I wouldn't mind an extra 1/2" lower on either. If you're shorter than 5'4" your feet won't touch the floor. I won't be able to replace the wheels with my skate casters, but oh well. FYI, it also wouldn't be great for someone with a big booty, but since my junk is NOT in my trunk, it works great for me. The arm adjustments could be more elaborate. They do go up and down on an angle that brings them further forward as they go up. For this money, I would have liked to be able to flip them up out of the way and/or turn them in and out. And they're attached to the seat back, so when the back reclines, the armrests go up. The directions seemed to miss a printing pass, as I could see all the words and the arrows supposedly pointing at a picture of the chair, but the chair wasn't there. Weird, but the assembly is intuitive enough that if you've ever put together furniture that comes in a box, you'll be fine. Now for the good stuff: The Pros Y'all, I can't express to you how jacked up my back is. I've got more hardware in my back than Home Depot, and there are several more disks ready to blow. I'm currently in PT for sciatica, trying to avoid another surgery. So believe me when I tell you my back is jacked up. Thus the expensive chair. I just can't function in a cheap office chair and laying back in my bed on Zoom calls isn't very professional. After reading all the reviews and looking up lists of The 10 Best Office Chairs for Jacked Up Backs, I settled on this one. Currently I can't sit in any chair without excruciating pain after 5 min or less, and when I get up I can't walk for a while. But THIS chair, well I've been sitting in it for over half an hour watching football (ya know, to test it out) and when I got up...I could walk! What magic is this!? I think I found my new easy chair! Just kidding. This isn't what I would call a "cozy" chair, though it is very comfortable for working at a desk. Less exciting pros include the simple-to-operate mechanisms, the reclining feature (including being able to hold it in 2 different reclining positions), and the comfortable seat. I had no idea a mesh seat could be so comfortable. This thing is very sturdy, and seems to be built to last, which is good because I can't afford to buy one of these every year. It was also very easy to put together myself, although another pair of arms would have been welcome when attaching the seat to the seat back. If your back is jacked up and you work at a desk, this chair is worth the money.

ASSEMBLY Among the chairs I've assembled over the years, the neatness of the manual's instructions, straightforward assembly and pre-assembly of parts as much as possible to save a customer time as well as verified and correctly labeled part numbers comes as a surprise. The parts come in a packet with transparent front and you simply take out the parts step by step using the tear lines in the back. It tells me the manufacturer has put thought into user experience and tested their product before listing them for sale; you will be pressed to find something like this in other brands. ERGONOMICS Excellent. The design reflects exactly how an excellent ergonomics and comfortable seating should be like. I sincerely hope they don't disappear from Amazon. Quality products are increasingly difficult to find. Even as a perfectionist, GABRYLLY checks all the boxes for me. You will be very pleased to know that they have even thought of the optimal position of the seat depth based on height. There are 3 holes that accommodate short, medium and tall height range. I am a small framed man and their recommended screw placement guide matched my exact dimensions. It offers excellent fit for your height and proportions. QUALITY | WORKMANSHIP The choice for an all mesh chair designs are very limited on Amazon at the time of this review. This chair not only offers an all mesh sweat free design, but with a workmanship that is outstanding. The machining of screws and attachment holes are very well done. You will not run into problems with mis-alignment issues or terrible designs where poor choices are made for connections or screw types. The hardware also has built in washers and a lot neater than having to use washers for every connection. The mesh is not a harsh grade and although covers are offered for it, they are still soft enough for long hours of seating. The prior chairs I've tried featured super rough grade of mesh that was very hard on the skin. AESTHETICS The chair is beautiful to look at - something else that is difficult to find. I got the wood edition. I specially admire the incorporation of wood imitation in the chair that matches nicely with my mostly wooden layout. PRICE Very reasonable for the quality and workmanship. If you are looking for a comfortable stylish and functional chair as an alternative to 1K plus tier of office chairs, that still come with surprisingly high number of complaints, this is IT. It is unfortunate that the search algorithm for this chair has buried it in the results - such that I didn't come across it after many hours of search. Instead, I got some other terrible models that seemed alright to average from the photos, but were terribly uncomfortable or were missing parts or faulty by design. After the agony of having to disassemble and put them back in the box for return, I found GABRYLLY with the help of AI and super glad that I did.

All around an amazing chair. Very comfortable and has plenty of ergonomic features without being bloated with them like some other chairs. The chair came packed neatly in a box that was smaller than I anticipated. Assembly was straightforward and easy, everything is well written in the manual and all the pieces and screws lined up perfectly. Everything feels well built and solid, no wobbles or squeaky/noisy parts and the chair isn't super heavy. Especially loving the tilt up arms, and the extended gas lift which customer support sent to me for FREE for an extra 2in seat height which matches my desk setup perfectly, most other chairs that aren't drafting chairs sit too low for me at max height. Seat width and depth are very roomy for me at 6ft 1in and 200lbs with 1in on each side and a few inches towards the back respectively. I tend not to use headrests often but this one is highly adjustable as well and quite comfortable. My only complaint is that I wish the arm rests sat a couple inches lower when not tilted up, otherwise it's a great chair that feels worth the price.

This chair is PERFECT! Quick delivery, high quality, easy & quick assembly, & and exceptional comfort. Adjustability galore, including my favorite, the arms flip up, allowing the backrest to be rolled right up to the desk, maximizing space when not in use. This is an example of really getting what you pay for.

I bought this chair about 5 years ago at this point. The price was good and I was looking for something breathable so the mesh is very nice for that. It's fairly comfortable and it lasted 5 years without any issues until very recently (more below). I don't plan on replacing it anytime soon as it serves me well. The mesh does a good job with keeping it cool during the summer. During the winter I would recommend covering it with a blanket to help stay a bit warmer because that breathability can make your back a bit chilly. I would say this is a solid 4/5 chair, but what brings it to a 5 for me is the customer service I received recently. Disclaimer: I was asked to leave a review, but these thoughts and experiences are my own. I was not rewarded, compensated or given preferential service in anyway in return for a review. The positive service I detail below was giving to me regardless of if I wrote this review or not. I am writing this because I genuinely appreciate the customer service I received. After a solid 5 years of daily use the lever that controls reclining and raising/lowering finally broke. Instead of replacing the whole chair I reached out to their customer service to see if I could just by a replacement mechanism since the rest of the chair is in perfectly fine condition. They got back to me and were willing to send me a replacement part free of charge despite the fact this chair was 5 years old. That alone impressed me, but when I had difficulty removing the piston (the part that makes it go up and down) and damaged it they sent me a replacement for that too! May, the rep I spoke to, was very helpful and I was blown away by how much they we willing to back their product. Whenever I do need to replace this chair (hopefully another 5 years) I will definitely be looking to buy one from them again!

So far I am pretty happy with the chair, time will tell though.
