Okay, I didn’t expect to love this as much as I do 😂 I got the butterfly pea flower powder just to try something different, and now I’m putting it in everything 🥤 tea, lemonade, smoothies, even pancakes once lol. 🥞 The color is amazing!! Bright blue at first, and then it turns purple if you add lemon or lime. It’s like a little science experiment in your cup 😄 Tastes super light (almost no flavor, which is great), and it just makes everything look so pretty. It’s such a fun way to spice things up without actually doing much. 10/10 would buy again! 🔵

I use this as food coloring for my son. We do our best to limit any unnatural and unnecessary ingredients in our home, but I had to make a fancy smash cake for my son’s first birthday! This powder had no taste nor funny smell which made it perfect for dying the cake and icing. It also did not dye his skin, which I was surprised but very happy about! I did not have to use much to get the deep blue color. I add it to my green tea as well to make it a little more fun! I have also used it to dye Mac N cheese and cookies for my nieces and nephews! Just a fun natural dye for all sorts of things! This very quickly has become a staple for making food fun with the children in our family.

Good product, can make you feel euphoric, yet energized. There is virtually no flavor, and turns your liquid into a really cool neon blue color.

I've never had this before, so I didn't know what to expect. I tried one mug with one teaspoon of the powder and about one teaspoon of maple syrup. It smells almost exactly like henna! I don't remember anyone mentioning this in the reviews. I henna often, so I'm familiar with the smell. But it tastes better than it smells. Not bad. I'll try a latte with this next time.

Wonderful color! I used these to make frosting for Taylor Swift's chai cookies for the females at my bunko club and everyone was blown away when I told them they were naturally colored with Blue Matcha Tea. The tea is good as well, in either hot or cold forms. Blue iced tea? Fun, right? How about blue matcha bubble tea? Yup, I've used this to make some and it's delicious as well as beautiful!

Butterfly Pea Flower has so many health benefits, including being very high in antibiotics. Having the matcha powder makes it easier in the sense that you can not only just use in your tea, but you can use it in baking as well. I personally love it in my tea, for all the health benefits but it also adds a bit of taste that's in no way empowering. If your a tea drinker, you would probably use more of the pea flower itself than the matcha. You can also put it in other drinks as well of make a butterfly pea matcha lemonade. If you are a baker, then you would probably get more use of the powder. Either way, it is super good for you.. highly recommend

I only gave this a 3 because for me personally I didn’t like the taste. It is a nice powder and it is a beautiful color especially after adding lemon. My friend really likes it and its benefits. I just can’t get past the taste. I wish it was as tasty as it looks

I bought this product to use as one of the ingredients in my homemade anti aging face cream. I couldn't believe the difference it made in my skin after only one application and it gives the cream a lovely lavender/blue hue. Because I only need 1/8 of a tsp per batch, this will last me a good long time. If you are buying this for drinking, you will go through this pouch much quicker which making it cost prohibitive. Amazon used to be one of the cheapest places to buy products. I don't find that to be the case any more.

Makes a really nice and original drink or great to add to smoothies. It can be hot or cold, love the colour and taste!

I use it in my smoothies but I don't know if it's had any major health benefits. It could. I don't use it everyday. I use maybe twice a week. It is worth buying if you like matcha tea and nice flavour.

I had gotten this mainly because I wanted to use it for my smoothie bowls, but once I saw you could use it for baking I decided that I should try it with some cookies and they turned out AMAZING!!! Just make sure to only use 2 tbsp’s and to mix really really well if you using it for a Cookie’s, but when I tried to use it for my smoothie bowls it just came out more of a grey look and can have a really really tart taste if used too much (of course) but just putting it out there:)
