Is this offered in waist sizes above 45 inches?

Yes, the total length of the apron waist plus ties is about 70 inches.

Anyone know up to what size this will fit? Great gift for a friend but he wears a 5xl shirt

I purchased this item for a gift as well. The person that it was purchased for is XL. Perfect fit for him. For a 5XL, the only suggestion that I would recommend is to email Miracu Funny Aprons about sizing.
