What's the pillow's height?

By spreading the buckwheats out in the pillow cover, you can make it almost flat, or cuddle it up and make it higher. Either way, you will fall in love with it very quickly.

What is the difference between sobakawa and original queen? They have the same dimensions.

I'm going to assume the only difference is the name.

My queen buckwheat pillow came in a shipping box with no wrapping. It makes me think it is used. Should this be wrapped in at least a plastic bag?

Can this pillow be safely placed in the microwave or refrigerator for warm or cold therapy?

My pillow came with instructions saying it can be placed in the freezer for cold therapy, but it said to make sure to put it in a plastic bag so it does not get wet in the freezer.
