Very sturdy and a pleasure to eat off. My daughter was very impressed and thought they were good value for money and looked too good to dispose of. She wants to buy a set and kept pestering me for details. Have plenty left from a family BBQ and will definitely buy again when needed.

Use these for any large parties when i dont have enough plates. Sturdy enough for a good sized portion of food, and there is a substantial enough lip around the edge to make it easy to scoop up food if standing. Makes clean up so easy, no need to scrape food off plates, everything just goes straight in the compost bin, and these actually look quite good too. I have reused some, they do withstand a light wash by hand.

Really cute addition to bbq/outdoor dining settings. Great size - could use for platters as well as guest plates. Looks the part and much better than paper or plastic outdoor plates.Definitely keeping to reuse. Easy to clean - disposed of any I had raw meat on.

These are fabulous for garden parties and BBQs. If like my wife and I you hold events infrequently but with *lots* of guests you don't want to be doing tons of washing up or dishwasher cycles. And if like us you also are a bit snobby about basic paper plates, especially if the guests are close friends and family. Then plates like these are for you!They look good too. Once or twice (tops), any plates not heavily soiled can be lightly rinsed clean and dried. Do not use any strong detergents and definitely NOT dishwasher!

Ordered these for a family gathering but did not use as when I opened them they looked like they hadn't been dried properly before packing and had gone mouldy. Such a shame as for the price they would have been ideal, without the mould though. The plates had been stored in a dry cool cupboard for around 10 days before opening.

Used these for a party and they are great, really good quality and not flimsy at all, they will be our go-to if we ever need these again, can definitely wash up and reuse

We used these plates for a party last evening and received many compliments for their individual attractiveness, as well as queries as to their provenance. We all thoroughly appreciated the practicalities of these plates - they are extremely sturdy and can cope with a range of food items - as well as their "Green Credentials", not to mention the support being given to the women in India who make them. An excellent purchase all round!
