Why only getting green lights no red or blue?

My dock has a gap that the strings connected to the strap fit through, maybe mine is an updated version.

. So what do I doJust received the charger plugged it in put battery back on and put it on charger but the light comes on and goes right off

Make sure the remote is attached to the battery pack and that the charger is turned on. If the light still goes out then it means that the battery pack is already charged.
