I love the ghee .Is very great for cooking.Is fresh and smells great.Texture is great and melts very fast .

Ahhhh….the smell of fresh spices cooking in ghee -there’s nothing like it. But you have to to use a good quality ghee, otherwise you don’t get that aroma. We use this ghee mostly for frying and sauteing.. The flavor and smell I really like.I used to use cheaper brands but after finding this one I’ve gotten kinda spoiled. Now I’m just a little more careful about how much I put in the pan so it’ll last longer. I’ve learned that a little can go a long way, especially if you have a good non stick ceramic pan (or even cast iron.)I know that you can keep ghee out but I refrigerate mine to help it last longer. The only thing is that the frigde makes it get really firm so you have to leave some out for a while if you want it to be spreadable on bread or naan.Bottom line -get this if you love cooking with ghee and all the smells and tastes that come with it. You won t be disappointed. If you just want an all purpose cooking oil and anything will do, save your money and get the trader joes stuff.

Husband and i are on Dr Ken D. Berry's Carnivore diet for a couple months, looking to then tweak diet to keto. Also reading The Great cholesterol Myth, highly recommend! Anyway ghee is one of the recommended fats for cooking. I love that it is organic and American made!

I haven't used this much as of yet, but when I did use it, I liked the fact that it seemed light like olive oil only without the aftertaste. I also like the fact that a little goes a long way and it doesn't seem to oversaturate my food which is a plus as I am on a low carb/high protein diet. I would highly recommend this product, especially if you prefer natural products to cook with.
