I have an autoimmune disorder that can cause nerve damage, and as a result my feet, legs, and hands are frequently cold. Nerve damage-type cold in one's extremities is different because it's very hard to get warm again, and cold temperatures added to it can make it unbearably painful, so I'm always looking for heat-retaining slippers, socks, gloves, and leggings. I read about these socks in a Buzzfeed list last night while trying to warm up my feet (and shortly before seeing a weather report that temperatures in my town would be dropping about 20 degrees overnight), so I ordered them and thanks to the overnight delivery option, they arrived on my doorstep early this morning. I'm now wearing a pair and wondering how I ever got along without them.The wool is brushed and incredibly soft, no scratchiness whatsoever. They are thick, well-sewn and well-woven, and retain heat even better than my slipper booties. My only regret is that they're too thick to wear with any of my shoes! I'll just have to try this brand's thinner socks soon - if the quality is even half as good as the thick socks, they'll be just fine. I'm so glad I took a chance on these.

The socks are fine BUT nowhere in the write-up do you indicate they're made in China. When my socks arrived, there was a big label stating where they were made. Saying they are sold by "USA Yoicy Socks" is misleading. I'm getting more and more upset about products made in Asia...and particularly in CHINA.

I went back and forth about whether to give this product 1 or 2 stars. It’s a perfectly comfortable LIGHT/MEDIUM weight sock (I bought the 3 pack which is specifically heavyweight). But the description goes on and on about how heavyweight and warm they are, which is a total joke- look at the pics! If you live in the south this will be fine, but I live in upstate NY and I actually need warm socks. I hate when they bs us with these lies to get sales, so 1 star it is.

I just received these socks - they are soft, thick and comfy and true to color. I haven't washed them yet.I've worn one pair once. I have RA and wore them while in bed. They were only in slippers long enough to get to other rooms in my house. I included a picture of my slippers so you could see what kind they are.The exterior is pilling, the interior has become fuzzy, and the seam where you insert your foot has started to unravel - thread and elastic stick out.I reduced 5 to 4 stars because, if they are in this condition after one wearing, what will they be like after wearing and being washed multiple times.Will update my review after I've had them for awhile.Update: I've now all the socks. Never outside, just while in bed and around the house. They have all pilled on the outside and the fabric on the inside have become matted. I've washed them for the first time - the pilling didn't get worse, neither did the matting, but they did shrink. So, I've reduced the rating from 4 to 3.

So soft and warm! I love them. And they’re not too tight around the ankle!

They're so warm and fluffy! I love wool socks, but sometimes the texture can be really rough and stiff. These aren't. They have a soft sort of towel-ish texture that feels toe-gasmic. I keep scrunching up my toes so I can feel the softness properly. I'm going to kick winter's ass in these.

OMG, these socks are amazing! Incredibly soft and comfortable, I am wearing them all the time, and ordered a second set. My feet get cold easily, and it's been a struggle to find a perfect fit; all socks were either too large or too thick or tight or not warm enough - until I tried these. And the price is pretty fair for the set of 3 pairs. I wish there was a better color selection but other than that, they are perfect. Highly recommend!

I was a little sceptical that they would be that warm. I nearly didn't buy them as they are over £3 a pair but I am so glad I did and have just ordered another pack in grey. My feet are cold always and they actually feel sweaty which is unheard of. 10/10 and I don't usually write reviews but had to!

These socks are super thick and cosy. I am using them as bed socks and haven't really used them much for day wear so far. HOWEVER, since I bought them last month and have only used each pair once or twice since I wouldn't have expected the material to be bobbling already, it is. Disappointed with this and am now not expecting them to last long or at least look nice for much longer.

Amo estás calcetas, simplemente son las mejores! En invierno sufro mucho por mis pies congelados (se que los que tienen este problema me entenderán)...1) Su grosor es el indicado, puedes andar en pantuflas y tus pies permanecerán calientitos. (Me he puesto botas con estás calcetas y no tuve problema para cerrarlas)2) Aunque son de lana y pudiera pensarse que son ásperas o "duras", no hay nada de eso, por el contrario son super suavecitas y cómodas.3) Consigues una calidez uniforme en tus pies. Ideales para el invierno.4) Al lavarlas no se ENCOGEN ni se decoloran. Son perfectas!!Por supuesto volveré a comprarlas!!

BEST socks ever for winter. Looked everywhere in high street stores and nothing comes close to these. Lovely and thick, keenly feet toasty warm. I’ll probably only wear these from now on in winter & get another pack.
