A bit heavy but rock solid and very nice.
I initially ordered this for a vet visit and then for traveling. When it arrived I found it incredibly well made and so easy to assemble yet super sturdy. But it seemed like it would be just a little too small for my small cockatoo. I started to request a return. But then I decided to try it. It's actually perfect for short trips. The vet even said he has one of these for his small cockatoo.

Very nice, definitely recommend
This cage is actually really nice. Unusual for a cage of this size which are usually quite flimsy and made of very small diameter bars which bend easily. Makes for a great travel carrier for a small parrot (Senegal). We don't use this for typical travel but rather so that he can spend time in various rooms of the house away from his large cage. Great upgrade for him. All of the bars are a good size allowing him to move freely wherever he wants. We fit several branches, perches, and toys inside for him. The food and water bowls and brackets are nice. The upper carry handle and perch is sturdy. All of the doors are of very nice quality with one opening fully an entire end of the cage which allows for really large access. Because of that this is really easy to use and clean. The doors close and latch securely, he's clever but he's not getting these opened. He is definitely comfortable with this new space, and only took him half a day to get used to it. My only complaint is that the debris catch tray at the bottom doesn't have a stop so when you pick this up to carry it, that tray can easily slide out. I solved this by sticking a binder clip on it. They included a catch for the bottom grate, so they should've added one for the tray too. I definitely recommend this cage for medium to small birds.

Good value and well made for the money.
Very sturdy for the money, easy to travel with due to the compact size and seems safe enough granted you are supervising for a good amount of time and your bird isn't too prone to injuring itself. Easy to put together with provided instructions, I recommend degreasing or disinfecting prior to actual use of course. Don't think I would be able to bend any of it through normal use, and of course no bird will be able to.

Nice cage, but has its faults. Not a deal breaker though.
Where do I start. Well, first let me say I actually do really like this cage, but there are some faults as well. Pros -it looks nice, my green cheek conure seems to like it, and seems pretty sturdy. It seems like it will be easy to clean. A nice size for travel or for a sleep cage. I think this cage will be perfect for when I travel for a few days to family’s house and want to take my guy with me. I think it will also work well for outside to get some fresh air. I feel like it’s sturdy enough that the normal predators wouldn’t be able to get to my bird. Cons Was a little difficult to put together, watching the videos did help-actually a must. The instructions that come with it are pretty difficult to follow and are incorrect on which bolts to put where. Also since I put the wrong bolt in first. I still haven’t been able to get the wrong one out so that I can put the correct one in. On the side I got the correct one in, it’s still not wanting to screw all the way in. It is quite heavy, so I wouldn’t say it would be convenient for a quick trip to the vet, but would work great if you were traveling and needed a cage for a few days. Obviously not large enough for long term use. I also own a parakeet/budgie, and I feel like the bar spacing and other gaps may be a little large for him even though it’s described as being for those little guys as well. The Vivo Home sign on the front was actually a hazard for us. While putting together I grabbed the door and actually cut my thumb pretty good on it. Glad I found it and not by bird. This was fixed easily enough with a file, but definitely check. It sliced me right open and I don’t want to think of the damage it could have caused to my birds foot. All in all, for the price, and what you get, I can’t say I’m unhappy, but these are things I would want to know prior to purchase. I would definitely buy again, and if the bar spacing and gaps weren’t quite as big, I would be purchasing one for my parakeet as well, but since that’s not the case, I will need to find an alternate solution for him.

As pictured
It was pretty easy to put together despite no labels. It did come with instructions and 1 extra of everything. I got this to take my bird with me while I'm outside tending to my garden. I needed something sturdy to protect him from my cat's and my dog. I have a globe backpack but it was just too hot even with a fan. This allows him air flow when it's there. It's the size expected. Seems sturdy other that the tray is plastic. It has to be standing on its legs or it's sitting on the tray which would potentially break the tray. It is kinda heavy for me but I'm not very strong. It's easy to clean. The latch doesn't cover my tray though so if you're not paying attention when you move it the tray will slide right out. It's kinda pricey so I'm hoping it lasts and doesn't rust. But my bird seems to like it more than the backpack.

Shoddy craftsmanship and poor finish. Cup holders on doors don't even align.
Poor quality, misaligned pieces, chips and dings ... Rust spots, poor paint job. The swivel piece to keep the tray in doesn't even reach low enough. The tray slides right out of picked up at a slight yilt. The holes on the food doors aren't even aligned at the same level making it impossible for me to get one of the cup in and out with out my husband having to bend the door. There should be 4 washers for the rope perch not just 2. I will be replacing it with a wooden perch which is more sturdy for travel. Other than the keyhole and peg type assembly and the metal tabs, the whole cage is only held together by the handle which has 1 bolt on the front and 1 on back. That does make it quick to assemble but I'm a little worried how it will hold up. There are many areas or scratches, scuffs and wear. In several places there are sharp metal spurs, missing paint and looks like it was handled roughly or maybe it was used. There are even rust spots already forming. Be careful near the Vivohome metal label which has sharp edges. Mine also had something scummy or dirty on the sign. Overall it would be a great design if it weren't for the poor workmanship and finish. I love the white and will have to make several fixes to file down the sharp metal spurs and treat the metal that wasn't painted/coated. We'll have to make a longer tab to keep the tray from sliding out. I'm not sure about the doors unless the company can send replacement door with the holes in the proper position. I'll probably end up sending it back if I can find another white travel cage in time to take my foster African grey to her vet visit early February. I wanted time to get her slowly accustomed to her travel cage before then.

Good material
For the price its actually a very well built cage I was pleasantly surprised it’s basically the same as my parrot’s actual home cage and even had a built in perch on the top like his regular cage which was the perfect touch. My sun conure loves it he even goes inside by himself just to hang out, its the perfect portable cage for him to spend the night at my family’s house when we’re out of town. He usually spends all day outside and will just use it to sleep anyways so its more than enough for him. It also brought food/water bowls and a rope which was a great touch!

Sturdy, Well Made, Great Fit/Finish and Size! Nice Grey Hammertone Finish. What More Could You Ask?
This is a great little cage for transporting your birds. It's not big enough to transport a full sized Cockatoo or Macaw, but for smaller birds, it's perfect. I have a Sun Conure and it's just right for transport or to stay in for a few days at a friends if I need to go out of town. Very sturdy and easy to put together. I saw some reviews that stated parts didn't line up and was hard to assemble. Not true for me. It even included an extra screw for each of the three types/sizes of screws included! (how many times have you been shorted on screws or parts for "put it together yourself" products. What a refreshing change!) Directions were clear and easy to follow, although the print was a bit small. This cage would be easy to take down for storage and put back together as it uses "keyhole slots" for some of the screw installation. By taking out only the two screws that hold the top perch in place, you can take it apart for storage. Pretty slick! Don't think that it's held together by those two screws only, as the keyhole slots and the fit make it very stable and sturdy. It's not super light, but still easy to carry. I'd probably put a screw in the ends of the wood perch to make it non-removeable by a skillful bird and to keep it from falling off while carrying or traveling as it just sits on metal tabs with slots in the end of the wood perch. (this was suggested by another reviewer and I agree) On bird size and transport... One of the pics I saw included a miniaturized picture of a Blue and Gold Macaw in the cage.... Not Happening! You could transport a full sized Cockatoo if needed to another location or vet and that would work fine, but not to stay in, even for a night. A couple of conures, budgies, lovebirds, etc... would work fine in this cage for temporary use.

Molto utile e robusta
Ottimo come trasportino o come Gabbia per Calopsiti allevate a mano, visto che la maggior parte del tempo si tengono a libere.. (altrimenti sarebbe un po’ piccola)
