Bought to use on holiday as we use wifi cameras at home. It was very easy to set up and did not need to be paired. Simply plug in and switch on. We used command strips to attach the camera the wall to widen the angle but it was pretty good anyway. We didn’t find any issue with the battery life and as long as we had it plugged in throughout the night it lasted without the plug during naps during the day- our daughter could nap for several hours. Sound quality is great, we did not need to have the volume high in order to hear, in fact we found ourselves turning it down quite a bit. Despite the cheap price is is really robust and has coped with being moved from one wall to another and with little hands running off with the monitor!

Good monitor for the price, charge doesn’t last well anymore, but it’s 3 years old. The picture is clear and you can talk to them through the monitor. It also displays temperature and the time which comes in handy.

I dont normally write reviews but I know I'd appreciate this if I was a parent looking to get this. I purchased one from the same seller 2 years ago which we still use every day for my now toddler and never had any issues. It has been chewed, thrown, sat on etc. We have not connected them via wifi due to horror stories of weirdos being able to hack into the feed and talk to children so cannot comment on the wifi. The connection distance is pretty good and will work from any room in the house and even the garden. I also have a 9 month old and decided to get the same as we knew the older camera and monitor inside out. Honestly, it is a massive upgrade! The picture quality is so much better. The monitor is larger. The charging port on both camera and monitor is now Type C instead of Micro USB which makes it easier to use cables we already have around the house. Can't comment on the battery life just yet but the previous model would last anywhere around 5hrs+ but not overnight. Sound quality is great and it even has a light up display to show when it detects noise. To be perfectly honest, it is a little glitchy but they only last less than a second every so often. Also, the temperature gauge is way off. We have a reliable thermostat in their room and the older camera was always 4° higher than the actual temp and this new one seems to be around 3° higher. I think the picture speaks for itself with the difference in picture quality.

Great item and service

Good quality camera, great music feature, and great audio, but comes with poor instructions. For example the instructions do not tell u how to get the coloured imaged. So mine is generally black and white unless it changes itself. Would have been great if you could move the camera up and down from the parent screen also.
