The chair arrived with a defective back. Stuff like that can happen with anything these days. The seller (All and Me) responded immediately and sent a replacement back. Great customer service. The new back was fine and the chair assembled easily. There are clear instructions and extra spare parts. For the price I think this chair is unbeatable. The lower back offers support without being uncomfortably prominent. The armrests are solid as are the wheels. It rolls well, doesn't squeak, and is comfortable. It also has fabric covering, not the fake leather that most other chairs come with. I like the feel of the fabric and it looks good. All in all a good deal.

I surprised my son with this chair in his birthday and he is super impressed with his gift. The chair is sturdy and swivel is nice. The quality and stitching are great. My husband easily put it together in about 20 minutes. The instruction sheet is good and everything went together perfectly. No missing parts and was packaged great. This chair is plenty wide and very comfortable and looks gorgeous. It’s adjustable for all heights.

Comfortable and sturdy enough. The only gripe I had was the screw holes for the handles to the seats were very picky, so I consistently had to reposition the handles to properly screw into the cushions. Otherwise, building was simple and the chair is better quality than I expected.

Had to lower the ratings to 3 stars. After 3 years the seat is hard as wood board and the wheels are sticking and do not roll, scratching my wood floor. Would love to give more stars but not 100% like it. It looks good, mostly easy to assemble, especially if you use low speed screwdriver. There were some issue mounting handles as wholes do not lineup easily, but not too bad. It seams sturdy and looks definitely styleish for office chair, but seat was flat and hard in a week and a half. Now I need to get a seat cushion to be comfortable. You would expect that something called a gaming chair would hold it's comf7ort for a while.

Best gaming chair for beginner gamers. I can sit here for 6+ hours and no discomfort. The chair has support and is built with the quality to last. I highly recommend this chair for office or gaming. Shipping was fast and add was super easy!

The chair is amazing, I don't just use it to play games m, but I use to sit at my desk and work. It's very breathable and very comfy, I was having dinner sort of back problems that I don't have anymore thanks to this chair. It allows me to be comfortable when I kick back and relax and I feel at ease, it was hard to assemble it but the direction were very simple and informative.
