My little cousin really wanted one and she had literally every Barbie but this one. It worked as a present for a 4 year old and made her happy.

Not quality not easy for a child to work belly
If you want to have to put the baby in and out and put the belly back on instead of your child you're going to be playing with it most of the time like how this too hard for a child to do waste of money cheaply made locality

Cheaper made item
This was not expensive but I still thought it might be better made. Very cheap plastic, comes apart easy. It was bought because the pregnant Barbie is unique. I never bought one for my collection when they came out. This is not worth it. They don’t make those Mattel ones anymore so a nice one is expensive if you find it.
