I don't normally write a bad review but felt compelled. I brought this necklace as a very special gift for my mom. It was advertised in the photo as being presented in a beaughtiful pandara box, with a pull out draw and the necklace laying inside the draw. It arrived minus a box. Instead there was a flaky thin paper make it yourself bag that would cost 50 cents at a dollar store and "made in china" written on it, because it is a bag and not a box you cant even display the necklace in it. The necklace itself undeniably beautiful but it had a big knot in the chain. False advertising and very frustrated and upset with my experiance
