ErgobabyNatural Curve Nursing Pillow Cover Only, Vintage Blue Breastfeeding Pillow Cover

I bought this pillow and only received the pillow cover in the delivery. Where is the insert and the actual pillow? Not as described.

I bought this infant insert as we were going travelling with our 3-month-old (who was born with 35w), so in effect a 2-month-old), because she was not yet holding her head very well. The baby is definitely safe and very confortable in there, as ours fell asleep within 2 min. However, I find the infant insert too warm, so I was actually afraid that our baby would overheat in it. Even in normal room temperature she would start sweating in it. I found a video on youtube where a ldy says that one could breastfeed the baby without taking the baby out but I seriously do not understand how that would work...

The insert is obviously necessary for an infant, but I'm not very happy carrying our baby in it, as his face is hidden low at my chest and I can't check on him. It seems he likes it (always falls asleep, leaving me wondering if he is still breathing) as does his dad - and I suppose its a good solution if you have an Ergo.Besides the material seems nice and breathable (but we haven't tried it out in really hot weather).

We've been trying for weeks now and like everyone says, every baby is different. With that, so far our little one hates this, we've watched numerous youtube videos describing how to use it, mirroring every suggestion. In short every time we've tried it, my baby is relaxed for a few momments, then squirms and fidgets, eventually cries.One thing is that she does get incredibly hot in this and we can't find a position where shes comfortable long enough for us to make use of it. Unfortunately its been a waste of money for us!

Fantastic product, however it didn't come in the colour I ordered it and the letter was all in German so I couldn't understand it.
