These are real toothbrush heads. The heads are nice and tight and won't break off. The bristles start off hard then get softer as you use them.

Good quality brand name Oral B heads. only disappointment is that these didn't come with the different color bands in order to keep the toothbrushes straight as to whose is whose....all heads have a white band
