I have been using this dietary supplemental product consistently for approximately a year now. It seems to have the expected digestive and gut health effects without any contraindications, and to be readily taken with water or juice.

The special capsules keep the probiotics protected from stomach acid. So, they stay alive to do their job in the intestinal tract. It is all about having enough good bacteria to overwhelm the bad bacteria to keep the digestive system healthy. (our “2nd brain,” and where 70% - 80% of our immune cells are located) I have used the Gundry MD 24 Strain Probiotic for quite a few years now; and, I consider it a very high quality product from a very reputable Company! I've been using Gundry products and following the diet for over a year. I can't say this probiotic has really done much for me. But I think I'm a "slow transporter " and perhaps the probiotics aren't quite making it through my digestive track. I switched to seed and I seem to be having better results. I'll go back in 3months and try gundry again. Perhaps by then I'll have more success.
