This fan is solid, quiet, and effective. I’m using it as a bedside fan, mounted above us and aimed at me, not my wife 😁. I didn’t want to have any of those garbage remote controls, and this pull chain is exactly what I wanted. This fan has two speeds, and I’ll admit that I’d like one even slower one, but I love the directionality of the airstream. This points well over me, without blowing much on my wife at all. The pull chain does come out the side, which is weird, but I’m certain it’s because the mounting bolts/holes are vertical and the chain switch mechanism wouldn’t fit in the spot from the bottom. I know this because I drilled a new hole and moved it to the bottom, but had to put it slightly off center. That’s fine with me and I like it with the pull chain on the bottom and slightly on my side of the bed (I also made a plastic plug for the old hole - owning a lathe is useful…). The ‘wood’ is, of course, molded plastic, but it’s sturdy, looks good, and is of great quality. It was easy to install, and I plan on wiring it in permanently. I didn’t want to mount it “upside down” so no one hits their head on it reading, but this is a really great fan.

Took a chance on this one, and I love it. Put it in my bathroom on a cypress wall and it really gives it that fun feeling of a beach-town rental. Besides looking great it works just as advertised with a generous amount of articulation, and two speeds for the fan itself. The high speed does make a little sound, but the low speed is almost silent. Both speeds move the air just fine. I really like this fan, and will likely get another one for the kitchen.

The fan arrived well packaged, and installation is very simple. The fan delivers a strong breeze, and it does it quietly. The customer service is extraordinary. This fan looks very nice hanging in place. It tilts, swivels and you can adjust it all around .... But if you're wanting more wind speed you won't get it. It has two speeds which you get by pulling the chain twice, once for fast and again for slow and a third time to shut it off. Use it in a bedroom to keep air circulated and you'll be fine. It's hanging up out of the way and it is pretty silent. It is great to circulate but I needed it to push air from one room to another with more wind speed. My fault there. This fit the bill for fitting exactly mounted on the door frame just outside the room we installed a new mini-split air conditioner. We wanted to push the air down the hallway to the other rooms and it doesn't have enough power to do that. My fault, I'll just have to buy a bigger fan. I do have a piece of advice Before you hang it ...... lightly drip some oil on the joints that swivel the arm and swivel the fan! (The joints connected on the sides of the fan are fine.) And work it in till the joints move more freely! We did! It is Very stiff, and I was afraid if I would pull or push on it too hard, we'd pull it down. I mounted it on hard wood in an1885 house so I should be ok but if you mount this using the drywall anchors provided, you'll pull it out of the wall! I know it's supposed to be tight so it doesn't just flop around when the fan is blowing but this was ridiculously stiff! Just saying.........

What a power house in such a small little fan. We were looking for something to help with the humidity and heat in our laundry room, look no farther! This is stylish with its white & chrome accents. Matching my washing machine and dryer perfectly was a plus. Swivels from side to side, up & down makes it nice for small room. It was easy to install and works well!

We needed a fan for our goose neck travel trailer. Helps get air movement in sleeping area and flips to get air movement in rest of trailer. 2 speeds. Quality construction. We tried a different style from a different company. Just didn't work. Would recommend if you don't mind the price.

Installed this in my bedroom next to bed. It's sturdy and attractive. Although there are only two speed settings, both settings push a good amount of air and the fan noise is not excessive (no rattling which can happen with metal fans). Saying this fan oscillates is misleading - it does not do this on its own like some fans. It just means you can position the fan to point it where you want. Suggestion: be sure at least two of the screws through the mounting bracket go into a stud since you need to use a little force to adjust the position of the fan.

I needed two ceiling/wall mount oscillating fans for my motorhome. I thought these seemed a little over priced for the size but I needed them and was willing to pay the price. Once I received them and opened up one of the boxes, looking at the build of it, I realized that there is no way this could oscillate. I went a head and plugged it in to see how well it worked. It was okay. Not a lot of air but okay. Not for this price but okay. Just okay. Spending over $300 for just okay, is not in my budget. Especially since they don't even oscillate, and that was the most important part. Now they mention that they do oscillate in the listing. But they don't. "Returning". Very tired of ordering items that are not as they should be or appear to be. Just another day in the saga of my Amazon shopping.
