It helps with dry, cracked lips!

When I dipped a little applicator in the jar it almost seemed like liquid. It felt almost like a plastic coating on my lips BUT by morning my lips are baby soft and stay that way all day. I would definitely get this again. It is so hard to find a good lip moisturizer in a jar. The market is saturated with a lip balms in a tube and they always do little to nothing.

I am an anxious lip biter and I live in the dry southwest so finding lip products that hydrate and heal is difficult. I used this product by itself for 2 days. No other products. I wanted it to work but it just would soak in and do almost nothing. I do like the shine it gave though. It could be used as lip gloss. So I figured out I need to use it on top of my regular lip balm and it works great as a double layer. When I do wake up in the morning, my lips are soft and full. My experience won’t necessarily be yours. Edit-8/17/23 Company reached out and asked if I wanted a refund and politely declined seeing as I still like product. I updated review by changing from 3/5 stars to 4/5 stars for the great customer service. It's still 4/5 stars because I still can only use the product as a double layer over my regular lip balm.

After nearly a month of bleeding, peeling, cracked, painful lips and trying every oil, butter, cream, mask and treatment for them this is the only thing that helped. After ONE night of use my lips are 75% better FINALLY. Its silky smooth and shiny, no smell, no taste and apparently magical healing powers. The next morning my lips felt a bit dry but I let them be and used the mask again at night. 10/10

Very thin. Chap stick is thicker.

Update: I was amazed to get a response to this from the seller, offering a full refund! Nobody refunds toiletries, right?! But they chose to even though it was my allergies at fault. They did NOT ask me to update my review, but I feel like anyone who goes out of their way to offer a refund I didn’t even ask for deserves 5 stars. Especially when it’s not their product that was necessarily bad but rather that I have very bad allergies. —- Didn’t work for me but I have a lot of allergies to things, so I am giving it 3 stars, assuming it could work for someone else. It is a very tiny bottle. And the balm had a nice smooth texture.

Not only did the box look dirty and used, but the lip butter mask smelled and tasted horrible! No, I didn’t eat it, but when it’s on your lips, you can taste it. I’m a huge lover of lip balms and masks, and this is a hard NO. I’m just glad I didn’t give this as a gift because the recipient would not have liked it. 😝

I would recommend this lip mask it will help your moisturize while you sleep

I bought this product as a stocking filler for my 3 girls (2 x teenagers and 20yo). It is great! Nourishes lips overnight and they feel moisturised and smooth in the morning. Very happy - will be purchasing again.

I usually get chapped lips if the lip mask is not effective, I was using other brand butter mask for lips from Kiehls, and my lips were so soft, the minute it finished and I bought this one to try based on reviews here, my lips started getting dryer everyday and now I have chapped lips and this mask is not helping. Maybe works for other but unfortunately not for me.

This stuff is awesome! I had a BAD crack in the center of my bottom lip. By the 2nd night sleeping with the mask, it was healed beautifully! Got this to replace my Polysporing lip mask and I will never go back!

The balm makes my lips feel very smooth even in winter and lasts quite a few hours. I ll try to see if it does change my lips texture over time..

Even after 1 night using this I could feel a difference, it's healed up some peeling/cracking on my bottom lip that wouldn't go away before. Nice feel to the mask itself, neutral smell, and a little goes a long way.
