These are great. Roll garlic in the tube and it comes out perfect. No tedious peeling garlic. Works very well. So easy to clean. Durable flexible plastic/rubberized material. Very reasonably priced. Good design

I use alot of garlic for making pickles. These worked amazingly well for removing the thin, papery peel quickly.

I am embarrassed that I did know about this tool sooner. Small, and easy to clean. It works like a charm. Makes quick work of peeling garlic. I can peel multiple cloves at once, and it keeps the peel from getting all over the kitchen.

We use a lot of garlic, and I used to hate peeling it. This simple devices turns peeling into a pleasure. One must first cut the "root" off of each clove, but this would be done anyway. On some heads it works perfectly, with every clove dropping out completely peeled. With other heads one may still need to remove the peel by hand, but it is always much easier than it would have been. I suspect that one of these tubes will not last very long, and will eventually tear, which is why three are provided. They save so much work however, that I will gladly buy more when they wear out. This is actually the second time I purchased this item - this particular one is for a gift.

This only worked on the outermost layer of the garlic (multiple tries) and you need to use quite a bit of force. I tried this for a cheaper alternative to one offered at Sur La Table (which I tried and it worked very well) and it did not function as well.

If could give this thing 20 stars I would! I make my own garlic powder, garlic salt, garlic butter, garlic oil, and everything else garlic. I normally buy four to five 3lb bags once a year and I dread the process of peeling all that garlic. With this simple, GENIUS peeler I have found light in the dark tunnel of garlic peeling. What used to take 3 three or more days i finished in 3 hours! A couple of "oh yea": 1) Cut the tops of the cloves off while breaking down the bulbs. 2) Make sure the cloves are approximately the same size. 3) You are gonna have the same clean up time for the skins. (Which i use in the garlic powder) 4) Using a new finger nail brush makes easy clean up for the peeler.

Nothing to like abt the product. It's a waste of time to peel just 1 at a time fat garlic clove instead of multiple together. Waste of money
