Everdell: Wooden Ever Tree

The wooden evertree is exactly what you want if you’re like me and are somewhat unhappy with large 3-d components made of cardboard. This is much sturdier, ever so slightly tricky to slide together just like the cardboard one, but looks even better than the cardboard one once built. I’m sure it’ll withstand being taken apart over and over but I plan to leave it built. It’s pretty enough to display. Picture included to show how it’s identical to the cardboard tree (right) but actually has better color. Most importantly, it holds the components and is super stable.

Our cardboard tree that came with the game was getting pretty beat up. This is a great replacement - sturdy but still lightweight and packs up in the box like the original. Looks exactly like the original in terms of detail and color.

A must have replacement for the cardboard tree. Holds up well. Some people have been saying they are leaving the tree set up to avoid wearing it out. I have been taking it apart with no problems. It's pretty sturdy and I have seen no reason to be concerned about it.

Lovely addition to one of the best board games. I highly recommend this item because the original evertree is made of cardboard, which can easily get weary.

This is totally worth buying. The one that comes with the game is not very durable so this is pretty handy. If you love everdell this tree is a must!

So glad to have this wooden tree. Definitely a much better option when compared to the original cardboard-y tree, great idea from the game publisher/creator. Except for the huge potential for the wood to be warped and therefore making the tree a tricky endeavor to assemble every game. Had to exchange the first one I bought because it was impossible without damaging it. This second one has been better. Still not easy, but I still definitely prefer over the cardboard.

We are so pleased with this! I’m glad I read the other reviews about it being delicate and easily breakable so that we knew to assemble carefully. It’s so pretty and nice!

We bought this to replace a worn and tearing tree. After checking on Etsy and Amazon, this was the best choice... beautifully designed like the original cardboard, and durably made of wood. My son was ecstatic. The only problem... it wouldn't fit together. :( The alignment of the top limbs of the tree are off enough that unless it was forced (possibly fracturing the tree), the grooves of the top platform do not fit. We thought it was maybe an odd duck, so we ordered a replacement. Unfortunately this too was a dud. My son asked to try one more time. 3 strikes, we were out. :( Sadly it'll probably end up being an etsy route for us.
