Is this the new version of plenish soya drink with ingredients including spring water, and not its old version (white carton) made of filtered water?

Yes, it's definitely spring water

Why doesn't it have added vitamins and minerals? only salt added which is not good for you. usually there's vitamin b and d added plus iodine.

I think the idea is that this is a pure soya milk without additives. This is perfect for example for making your own soya yoghurt out of.

What’s the sell by date of each carton if you buy a batch of these today? I’m buying 8 so I need a long expiry date.

My last batch was bought on 21st June this year and use by date is 27-04-2023
