Great, as expected
This diaper backpack is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a big enough backpack with lots of compartments to hold everything I need that didn’t feel or look cheap, with cushioned thick straps but stylish at the same time. I especially love the changing pad inside, the insulate bottle holders in the front pocket and the stroller hoops on the back. The color of the backpack makes is so stylish and gender neutral so my husband is be ok with carrying it as well, which is also a plus.

Good quality, very spacious, but difficult to keep clean.
This is a great diaper bag. Big enough to fit all I need for my 2 kids. Both still in diapers, one needing snacks / toys, and the other needing changes of clothes / bottles. It feels very thick and well made. But with this particular color scheme, it gets dirty very quickly, and I can’t just wipe it off. I love having stroller straps, and these ones definitely work, but they are a little more cumbersome than some straps that I had on previous bags.Overall very well made, big enough for my needs, but difficult to keep clean.

Looks great. Big with lots of compartments
Great diaper bag. With so many different pockets and compartments, I was able to fit all our baby stuff in an organized way. It is especially useful because during this pandemic I don't want to search through the backpack for items all the time and risk contaminating them. The outside pockets are super useful for wipes and my own items like wallet/cell phone. The bag is not heavy like some other bags I have used before. I purchased this for the style and love that it doesn't look like a regular diaper bag.

Poor design
I did not not like huge cover over the top of the bag. It was cumbersome and got in the way. I returned the bag, and decided to continue to use the jujube bag i've had over 6 years.

I’m very happy with this bag. I love all the pockets and it seems to be very well made.It has all kinds of storage without being super bigIt's lightweight and wears easily as a backpack. I'm in love.

Convenient
Nice diaper bag! Lots of compartments for storage. Bag is looks insulated as well. Comes with a changing pad inside too!
