How tall are these spray bottles ?

The bottle is 6 inches, add 2.5 inches when the sprayer is on. Total 8.5 inches. As a side note these bottles are great!

Can use it for peroxide water and will it hold the strength. If water peroxide is out in a clear bottle it looses it strength?

No, I would not use these plastic bottle to store peroxide. First, peroxide (particularly non-diluted) should never go in glass, regardless of color, as trace metal within glass can react with it. And yes, light breaks down peroxide, diminishing its strength. All the peroxide I've ever bought/seen came in opaque (solid, no light gets through) plastic. A dark semi-transparent plastic would be better than clear I suppose, but solid plastic would be better still.

can I use alcohol in spray bottles?

Yes, absolutely. You can use it in clear plastic fingertip spray bottles as well, just don't leave them in a hot car in direct sunlight.
