Pillowsac Taupe Padded Velvet Cover

I didn't purchase this sac from Amazon but am posting a review here for others in case it helps.We paid $901 for a SuperSac at a local store on May 29, 2015. Unfortunately, they did not have the cover we liked in stock so it had to be special ordered. The sac (without cover) arrived about 2 weeks later. We loved it - definitely a very comfy piece of furniture. The cover arrived a few weeks after that. Initially, we liked the cover. Then we realized the sac was never able to "relax outward" with the cover on. At first, we thought it just needed to stretch out. But after a week or so, I realized, "The cover's too small!". I looked up the return policy and it clearly stated "custom orders cannot be returned". Great. Then I decided to email customer service anyway - because I wasn't asking to return the cover because I "changed my mind" or "didn't like the color". This was a design flaw.When the cover is zipped, ONE kid can fit on it comfortably. When it's unzipped, three can fit. $900 is awfully expensive for a one-kid sac.To put it in a nutshell, I've emailed several times with answers to their questions and several pictures. I've asked them THREE times to tell me what the dimension of the cover should be (so I can measure it and confirm). They've refused to answer that question and have taken (on average) one week to respond to each email. It feels like they're making it as difficult as they possibly can so the annoying customer will just go away.I have mixed feelings on this product. We do love the sac. We love the cover. But we do NOT love the sac WITH the cover. I've complained to the BBB and will update this review if there is a positive outcome. But it's very disappointing that any customer would have to go through so much trouble.
