I received my doorbell a week ago. The notifications come to my cell and I can review them with ease and the images are clear with a some noise BUT the motion activation is delayed. You only see the person leaving your front yard but can’t see them when they arrive. Also in the app there’s no contact information so you can’t get help.

i bought this thinking that it was at least as good as the Ring doorbell which I previously purchased. It wouldn't stay on line and after a year I gave up. This doorbell is totally battery operated so every 6 months (by the book) it has to be reharged. i didn't notice that before i purchased, so that's on me. the motion sensor set at medium doesn't pick up much. any higher setting wears on the batteries. even when it does, you get a 1-2 second notification. then if you catch it, you have to open the app and press answer. that could take 15-30 seconds depending on how fast you find your app. it's camera doesn't cover a very wide range, maybe 90 degrees, which other door bells are probably 120-140 degrees. when your app is on in the house your phone gets a notification but it doesn't ring the chime in the house. with my wife working from the house a good video doorbell comes in handy. I'll be searching for yet another.

As I said in the headline, this unit DOES work.In that regard, it has a weakness, in that many of the videos I have captured show a person leaving after triggering the video some time before. There's quite a delay.But the WORST thing about this unit is that you must remove two of the world's tiniest screws, and hope to not lose them, every time the battery needs to be rechaged.

Wish it came with another set of batteries. The charge doesn't last long enough.I do like the quality of the pictures but don't think the plastic case will last long especially when I have to recharge it so often.I will probably spend the money on a ring or nest next time as I cannot use this when it is charging.

After spending a lot of time researching doorbell cameras at this price point, we selected this doorbell camera. When we went to set it up, it would not connect to the wifi and the batteries did not hold a charge. We emailed seller and after a few different trouble-shooting instructions did not work, seller shipped us out a new device. The new device arrived quickly and works great. The only issue we had was with the backing as it did not hold the unit in place (most likely due to exposure to the sun here in South Florida, However, I used some gorilla glue and it has now stayed in place and works well. Step by step booklet to explain how to hook up and use with your phone or computer.It has motion detection so you can see all areas without wasting the battery life. You can see at night just as clear as day time. So happy we were able to get this. I will add pics I need another phone to capture mine.

The product worked good for 6 months. I accidentally let the batteries die completely and now I can't get it to connect to the Wi-Fi resetting it does nothing. And of course there's no way to contact the company. So I'm not happy with it. They put a nice little card in the box that says to call them but it doesn't leave a number to call them.

It's easy to install and battery life is pretty good. The only problem is motion detection alarms are sometimes indicated too late. It means I can't find what's going on and who came by at my front of the house. I tried to figure it out but so far can't find solutions yet.
