Happy wife happy life.
So bought this for the BOSS; my wife, she’s Bering looking hit this brand for a while and find it on Amazon, ( not really good for me; because of the fishy smell from the food she use to cook it with ), turns out; per her; this is what / how it supposed to be, so happy wife happy life; giving it a 4 star; took off 1 star because I have to put up with the smell almost every night now?! Would I buy it again; I won’t but for sure she will!!!! Which means Yes, inventory I will need to order / buy it again soon, good for her and the seller; Not good for my nose. But then again; it is what it is.

Easy for me a non-Thai/Lao cook
I mix this with curry paste and coconut milk powder for my curries at lunch and it gives a nice depth Note: start with small amounts.
