Fake, not from an authorized dealer. I purchased and I am furious. Shame on Amazon for not checking into this. Will be weary from now on what I purchase from Amazon

The Lifell All-In-One Anti-Aging Treatment does not have a metal tip. You may be referring to the LifeCell Under Eye Cooling Treatment.

Does it work as a body cream also?

I've never used it as a body cream as the stuff is very expensive. I believe it's really for the face. However, don't see why you can't use it as a body cream if money is no object.

How do i cancel an order???

you have to call them,get the address,make sure you do it within the thirty days other wise you'll be charged
